The driver was late by 20 minutes for my pick up, was very rude to the man who helped me bring out my luggage. He was a reckless driver. A phone conversation of his wife and him arguing was not appreciated.

Great service, driver was waiting for us after we picked our luggage, he was holding a tablet with my name on it. Drive was comfortable and they dropped us off in front of our hotel🙂 Highly recommending, the price is great compare to taxis in NYC 🙂

Despite alerting the company that we maybe later thru’ arrivals at JFK before I left Sydney and texts and a voice message while at the airport, the driver listed us as a no show. So after a 2 and half hour wait to get thru’ the whole entry process there was no one to collect us! I called the number at the welcoming desk and was told we’d have to wait another hour for an available driver. Very unhappy as I’m over 70! So I need to request a refund from Viator.
