What To Expect
Upon arrival at JFK simply follow the signs to baggage claim & collect your luggage. You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. Your driver will meet you at the Welcome Center. Please remain in that area. If you are unable to see the text or click the link, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arriving terminal and call extension#18 using one of the courtesy phones to connect directly with Go Airlink NYC. Provide the customer service representative your name or booking confirmation number. Please have your confirmation email available on your mobile device. Offering door-to-door service, this New York arrival shuttle transfer is an easy start to your Big Apple vacation! This transfer is to MANHATTAN HOTELS located between Battery Park and 72nd Streets only.

1.00Use yellow cab less stress and doesn’t cost any more money, our taxi didn’t turn up for 2/1/2 hours, we lost a night out in NYC . The driver was rid and ignored you. Would not advise anyone to use this company. Yellow can same price and no waiting around.

3.00viator used Goairlink for our transportion to and from JFK to our hotel in times square. Pick from airport to hotel was great.. no problems and just a little wait but on the return goairlink notified us 2 days prior to pick up that they couldn't accommodate us due to our early airline departure time. Viator should of known this before they gave us the confirm reservation.. we had to cancel and find our own transportation...They are giving me a refund but they should of known the times Goairlink serviced...

3.00Driver was great and certainly knew how to navigate New York. The issue is the communication with company on arrival : very difficult to locate driver/ unsure what to do/ nearly jumped in another cab / lots of time wasting as they try to fit as many as possible into the van so we went back and forwards around terminals -will not use again .

1.00I checked in and my ride was 20 minutes away. After waiting for an hour I got a call that said 20 mins. After another 45 mins I was ready to give up and take the train. The ride finally showed up. By then, we were stuck in 5PM traffic and it took 2 hours to get to the city. I was dropped off at the end of the block and not in front of my hotel.

3.00We had to wait over an hour at the JFK for our lift and spent another 1.5 hours delivering other passengers to their hotels. The Driver was a nice guy but we didn’t enjoy the experience
