This transfer is to MANHATTAN HOTELS located between Battery Park and 72nd Streets only. Please make sure to enter flight and hotel details and your contact mobile number at the time of booking. Important: call Go Airlink NYC at least 24 hours in advance to reconfirm your transfer. You will receive a text message upon arrival. Click the link in the text message to receive instructions on meeting your driver. After collecting your bags, proceed to the Welcome Center near the baggage claim, and press the Ready Now button to be connected with your vehicle. If you did not receive a text or cannot click the link, please proceed to the Welcome Center in your arrival terminal and call Go Airlink NYC contact number. The driver will meet you at the Welcome Center - please remain in this area.

Arrived at terminal 4, called to advised and had to wait 45 minutes to be collected, greeted by an extremely grumpy driver who didn’t keep us up to date after we drove around the terminals for 2 hours!!! To top it off, two hours later at the last pick up we ended up going all the way back to terminal 4 to collect other people… the logic is ridiculous and the driver didn’t communicate at all, could tell he hated his job… landed at 11:15, got to Manhattan at 3:30! Rubbish

When I arrived at the airport, no one was there that was there so I asked airport employees and no one had an idea. I called the Go Aerolink Hotline and the person told me they never received my order from Viator so they had take me wait another 45 min so a driver can make a new pickup. I was furious and had to wait. I do not recommend.

THAT IT SUCKS!!@!!! They never showed I was told "MY PICKUP TIME" was too early. I had to find other methods to the airport. I should have known better my red flags was the issue with booking

We booked ahead of time for a pickup at 1:30PM from JFK. Driver is supposed to inform their arrival and meet passengers at a certain location. Our driver was not on tine. We waited until 3PM and ended up calling for a driver ourselves. They did in fact forget about our reservation.

You wait inside at a designated area for the van to arrive. It takes awhile to get to your hotel but worth it for 1 or 2 people traveling together.

This experience was awful from start to finish. Firstly our driver arrived later than we had been told to pick us up from the airport and take us to our hotel. He had absolutely no respect for our luggage, this resulted in one of our cars being broken…they were just through on top of each other and then recklessly pulled out at our stop. He proceeded to pick up passengers that were to be collected after we had all been dropped off. This was to ‘save him time’. We had landed in JFK Airport at 1:30pm, collected at 2:30pm but didn’t at our hotel until 5 pm. What should have been an exciting start to our holiday ended up miserable.

Couldn’t locate the pick up spot or find the driver he arrived very late. Did not keep in contact or give good directions to find him We were not alone. They was another group waiting as well. Really awful service will not use this again

We arrived at JFK as per instructions went to desk to request transfer waiting nearly an hour no answer for least 35 minutes then told we had no booking we got a yellow cab and no refund for this AVOID using!!!!
