Take a wild ride through the California desert in a comfortable open-air Hummer. Beware, it is 20 to 30 degrees cooler in the higher elevations and we highly recommend wearing layered clothing.

This tour journeys through fabled Joshua Tree National Park. You could now choose to leave from Palm Desert or at a discount come out to Yucca Valley at the Welcome Center where the open air Hummer begins. Those beginning in Palm Desert will ride in an air conditioned shuttle for comfort. The total tour length is about 5 hours if taking our shuttle.

For those beginning this tour in the Palm Desert or Palm Springs area, we offer a comfortable air conditioned shuttle that takes you to Joshua Tree where the open air H1 Hummer portion of this tour will begin from the Welcome Center.

Highly recommend for first visit or first day of vacation in Joshua Tree NP. Tom was extremely informative of the park, the critters, and the native vegetation. Once we got to the peak, he was just as informative what lies beyond the park as well. You can’t go wrong booking this tour.

Austin was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and eager to impart what he knows about the area which is a lot. Played great music. Even made the experience a bit exciting by taking us off-roading for a short distance and on a short hike up some large rock formations. Our only concern was the safety of the vehicle, which for example had a broken seatbelt that was tied together and appeared not capable of tightening. Company should get these issues fixed before someone gets hurt.

Definite must for exploring Joshua Tree National Park. Open Air Hummer experience was amazing! The wind in your hair while cruising around the park on a guided tour that gives you history and sites that you can comeback and tour on your own! The guide is knowledgeable and you not only enjoy the beauty but you get the history!

This was truly a great experience for first comers! Tom, our tour guide really gave us such a unique experience, took us along some hidden paths that no one would know about, he knew all the answers to all the questions that were asked, and pointed out to some very unique spots and vegetation. This tour is a must if you never been to the Joshua Tree national park.
