Great experience! Got a chance to see the whales. Crew was super nice! Highly recommended. Pick up at port and also drop at port with plenty of time.

So if I am allowed to be honest. I felt disappointed with this tour. First of all the good parts; The bus driver guide who took us to the boat was super. The tour guide on the boat was also very good. However, whilst you cannot predict the weather and whale sightings, it was all a bit of damp experience with just a few minimal glimpses in the distance. The excursion was well over priced for what we experienced. The promised snack turned out to be a kind of 20p childrens small sweety bag you would give a 3year old. Value for money not great.

The whole crew was great. We saw a few whales even late in the season (we were there at the beginning on October). I was a little concerned about timing getting back to our cruise ship by the all aboard time, but the whole excursion was about 3 hours and we made it back in plenty of time. Highly recommend the company.
