Service animals allowed
Public transportation options are available nearby

As the Jungfraujoch is covered in snow all year round, we recommend bringing a warm jacket, shoes with a solid rubber sole and sun glasses to experience all indoor and outdoor attractions. Please note that there is no possibility to rent clothes or shoes on top of the Jungfraujoch.
Routing and means of transport may have to be amended during maintenance work and depending on seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.
Recommendations by Jungfrau Railways to enjoy the stay at high altitude: 1) You should be physically fit and healthy. 2) Good footwear is important for getting around safely. 3) Not recommended for pregnant women from the 7th month or with high-risk pregnancies, and for children under 2 years due to difficulties equalising pressure and insufficient fluid intake.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

We really enjoyed our day and lucked out with beautiful weather! We wanted to spend the day seeing the Swiss Alps, and this was a great way to do it without having to coordinate it ourselves. We enjoyed the Eiger Espress and Train rides, and especially the views from the Sphinx Observatory. Our only wish is that the tour guides had seemed a little less scattered and more organized, which would have made the journey seem less hectic at times.

This is a “canned” tourist outing to be sure but we had a great time nevertheless and would recommend. Our guide was great

Visiting Jungfraujoch feels highly organized from start to finish. The train climbs steadily through the Alps, offering expansive views before reaching the summit. Upon arrival, clearly defined paths and facilities guide visitors efficiently. While the altitude and surroundings are striking, the visit feels carefully managed, leaving limited space for free exploration. The overall impression highlights strong execution, though the high price clearly shapes expectations

First time to visit Zurich. The winter weather is nothing to write home about: cold and cloudy. Little did i know the city is covered by a dense layer of fog. I am glad we made the decision to book the tour. It becomes a highlight for our trip. We saw blue sky, Alps covered by pristine snow and bird view from high altitude. I also would like to recognize our tour guides: Pedro and Dan. They were professional and considerate. which made the long trip informative and hassle free.

Our guides Weili and Annette were amazing! We went on such a great day with beautiful weather. We had an hour stop at Interlaken to look around and explore and enjoy the views of the mountains. Awesome view of the alps (check out the pictures!). Ice palace was really cool! Being up at such a high altitude was an experience. We had a bus ride, cable car ride, and train ride on the way up. On the way back we had a train ride and bus ride. Tour started at 8am in Zurich and we were back in Zurich for around 830am. Long day but absolutely worth it!! Stunning and beautiful views. The weather on the day of your trip will affect your experience.

Excellent experience of Switzerland! Our tour guides, Pedro and Dan, were excellent. Charming, funny, friendly, and very clear about the itinerary and where to meet. Even with some traffic on the way back, the trip overall was just over 12 hours in total. At Interlaken, you might end up paying for a public bathroom if you don’t stop at a cafe. And even if the machine doesn’t take credit card, it will accept euros - not just Swiss francs. Otherwise, there are bathrooms aplenty. Expect a lot of tourists close to and at the Jungfraujoch. Bring layers - the bus could be hot but you can ask to have the temperature changed. Bring snacks. You aren’t supposed to eat on the bus, but you can eat your snacks at the stops - especially important to do before the last bus ride back to Zurich.

it's a long journey but definitely worth it. and it is better to join the tour than travel on own as there are so many routes to get to Jungfraujoch, the guides are very experienced and they took us ride on all possible trains and see all possible views from different viewpoints. Love the stop at Interlaken, nice short break. wish could stay up at the mountain longer to enjoy a sit-down and coffee at the cafe. almost not enough time to buy souvenirs as the scenery just so beautiful.

Experience exceeded all expectations for an on top of the world feeling. 12 hour tour but time passed very quickly. Our tour guide, whose name started with a G spoke English and Spanish, went over and above to keep us safe and up to date on what we would be doing.
