Roberto and Phillips were amazing, we had a great time, the sights were to die for, my wife and I are so happy that we did this tour. There was an accident on the road on our way back and it wouldn’t stop snowing so the return trip took longer than expected. Phillips had to stop and put the snow chains on the tires to ensure our safety. They’re a great team, I would highly recommend this tour.

I am so glad I signed up for this tour. It was a magnificent day filled with amazing view and wonderful time in Swiss Alps. I had a day off from business trip to Zurich and signed up for this tour as I wanted to go see the mountains. It was a perfect day trip itinerary and a great way to go to Jungfraujoch solo. A tour was very well run. Our guide, Eduardo, was very knowledgeable, friendly and great at communicating what to expect. A bus ride was comfortable, and we had a smooth travel to the top and back. We had a plenty of time once we got to Jungfraujoch to explore the entire place at our own pace. Weather was gorgeous and because it was offseason, it was not overcrowded. I could’ve gone by myself but by being in a tour, it removed the hustle of planning and worrying about the logistics. Highly recommend. A few tips - 1) there is no bathroom on the bus and a public bathroom at Interlaken will require 1 Fr coin. I was able to use bathroom at one of the hotels there but it took me a little time to find one; 2) pack water and some snacks. Yon cannot eat on the bus but having some small snacks helps (there are plenty of opportunities to grab something to eat though); 3) there are no outlet on the bus so make sure your phone is fully charged (you’ll be taking lots of photos and videos). Enjoy!!

The scenery was so beautiful. Our tour guide was great but the other tour guide that was on the bus with us told his group that you can sit in any seat but our tour guide told us that whatever seat you sit in going up is your seat on the way back. They both need to be on the same page because we had situation with our seats. The other told guide was not nice about it either. He said he had a long day & for us to sit anywhere. We didn’t want to sit with strangers we all wanted to sit with our spouse and we had a group of 8. He had an attitude. He should not be a tour guide with that attitude.

Fabulous experience. Jungfraujoch was a once in a lifetime experience. Take layers, scarfs gloves and hats because it was -4 Celsius on the viewing decks. It was a long day but so much fun. Our guide Adela was terrific and the bus trip was very comfortable. Make sure you eat breakfast before you get to the bus as you can only consume water once onboard. Don’t be late to the bus at stops because you will be left behind. This happened to a solo traveler on our trip.

Could not recommend this excursion any more. The views are amazing from the off on the coach journey through the alps. Then the cable car taking you up is unbelievable. And not to mention once you reach the top. Myself and my fiancé got engaged up at the top making it even more memorable. The tour guides are fantastic very informative. And it’s very easy to follow. The train journey back down with the open windows is a fantastic way to round off a great day!

Monica, Ping, and a driver Victoria were wonderful. The tour was amazing such a beautiful mountain glacier and countryside. The only suggestion I really have our the tour bus was quite warm. No air was coming from the vents. And there are no bathrooms on the bus although there is one available you are not allowed to use it that’s not so much of a complaint just a heads up to those out there we’re gonna take this tour. It’s two hours from Zürich. Most people will be fine, but there are some you’ll need to give yourself a little time to get acclimated to the elevation. It took me at least 30 minutes or so take it easy walk very slow don’t overexert take the elevators not the stairs.

Unbelievable tour! Since the beginning, the staff members, Eduardo, Fernando and the driver Carlos were fantastic. And the tour Wao! Unbelievable experience and a most. The stop in Interlaken the Cable car and a train to get to the top 11k feet altitude, the views, the experience, the ice castle, everything is amazing. Them a train to get down and a comfortable coach bus to both ways. Thanks to all staff we have an unforgettable experience!

Standing in front of the overwhelming grandeur of nature that has existed across countless years, I could not help feeling just how small I truly am. I had so many experiences, and time flew by in an instant. I felt that my life from tomorrow onward had become just a little better.
