Sure to be a highlight of your Switzerland vacation, this day trip from Zurich takes you into the Swiss Alps. Discover Jungfraujoch, one of the highest points in Europe, travel by coach with a multilingual guide through the Bernese Oberland region, and enjoy a stop in the famous town of Interlaken along the way. Board the gondola in Grindelwald and change to the cogwheel train at the Eiger Glacier for a ride to the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Jungfraujoch mountain pass, where an Alpine wonderland of spectacular mountains and glaciers awaits.
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
Service animals allowed
Public transportation options are available nearby
Specialized infant seats are available
Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
As the Jungfraujoch is covered in snow all year round, we recommend bringing a warm jacket, shoes with a solid rubber sole and sun glasses to experience all indoor and outdoor attractions. Please note that there is no possibility to rent clothes or shoes on top of the Jungfraujoch.
Routing and means of transport may have to be amended during maintenance work and depending on seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.
Recommendations by Jungfrau Railways to enjoy the stay at high altitude: 1) You should be physically fit and healthy. 2) Good footwear is important for getting around safely. 3) Not recommended for pregnant women from the 7th month or with high-risk pregnancies, and for children under 2 years due to difficulties equalising pressure and insufficient fluid intake.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

What's a trip to Switzerland without seeing the Alps? My daughter and I enjoyed this breathtaking experience! The beauty of the snowy Alps and the countryside is incredible. Our guide Jean was very knowledgeable about His country's laws, history, and culture. He was good at keeping our large group together and on time so we could make all our stops and connections.

The Discovery Tour at Jungfrau was an experience I'll remember for a long time - very impressive. Taking Eiger gondola and train up to the top of the mountain and coming down to Lauterbrunen via a different train allows to see a vast majority of Jungfrau. I highly recommend this trip but one should be aware that there was some lost/wasted time dropping/picking up customers in Lucerne.

I had a great experience on this tour the two guides worked extremely hard to keep things organised unfortunately this is not always the easiest to do when guests ignore the return times, the experience itself was great it was a shame that the weather was a cloudy but it's the gamble you take when you visit the top of a mountain if I had one complaint on the mountain, at top of the world it could be a bit pushing and shoving but that's completely out of the travel companies hands and more a reflection of the people at the attraction on the day I would definitely recommend the experience and let the best of swizleland take you up there and look after you

Amazing experience loved everything about the day. There was plenty of time at the top of mountain and our guide stayed with us the whole time! The views were amazing and being outside on the glacier on a beautiful day was a highlight. It may seem like an expensive tour but it's definitely worth it!

Amazing experience! Would highly recommend! The ice cave was very cool! We went in late February, it was cold, but we dressed accordingly

Exceptional trip that is worth the price (may seem expensive, but most of price goes into the ticket price). My guides (Min and another guy - sorry I forgot his name but the trip took place on 17 April) were very very very helpful. They will advise me on which side of the train to take to have the best view. They were also jovial and entertaining throughout the long but scenic bus ride. Highly recommend.

Incredible 5 star tour. Olga was one of the best tour guides we have had. She was great with everyone, organized, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. The tour was a must do, worth every cent. The views were outstanding. The variety of activities were fun, and interesting. Don't miss this one.

Our guide (Jean) gave a great presentation, full of historical facts. The ride up was great. Wish we could have explored Interlocken a bit longer
