  The entire tour was awesome. Out tour guide, Kid is the best. He is funny, efficient and ensure that dont miss any view points photo shoot opportunities.

  AMAZING! Long! But amazing! Be aware there is almost ZERO time to eat for a 9.5 hour day so eat well before you go and grab a snack when you see one. Our tour guide RAYMOND was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, gave us a heads up of upcoming views and very helpful overall. The bus ride, train ride and then gondola rides there and back were scenic. Of note, I was looking forward to Lauterbrunnen and Grindewald but the 15 minutes in each location did not allow for any exploration. I did not expect any but was hoping for some views. There were none of note worthiness tbh. Jungfraujoch was incredible - we chose to go on our own and were not disappointed. Sadly, crowds were VERY rude and pushy though. Made me want to be rude back, but I held my tongue many times. Can’t say I held my looks or eye rolls though. Towards the end, the lack of eating and the high altitude got to one of the parties in our group of 3. Raymond was very helpful at that point and beyond and allowed us to board first from then on and we were thankful because it was truly a health challenge that needed extra care. Regardless, HIGHLY recommend the tour.

  It was good. I think just a tiny bit overpriced for the experience. When we got to the "glacier paradise" it was closed. No refund was offered. After doing the experience, I realized I could have probably have figured it out on my own if I would have just asked at the hotel front desk. Our tour guide couldn't have been more kind. He was the nicest and most sincere man we have met in Switzerland. Thank you Abraham.

  This is a must do excursion and with the tour. The cost is well worth it. It is a lot of logistics to navigate and when you are at the top there are a lot of people to navigate around. Our guide Ramon was excellent!! He knew the workers to jump the lines and get us through everything to see. Also wear good traction shoes as it is icey in areas and we were very careful to not fall. We had snow so that created more excitement for visitors who appeared to have never seen snow laying in it making more obstacles walk around. Our guide continued to help us and move other people along to we could get our photo ops too. Do this tour and I highly recommend our guide so you can see everything. It would be hard to navigate on your own.

  Great time. Lucerne pick-up point is not where the paperwork indicates …. It’s behind the building with the McDonalds. Kid - our guide was incredible. He brought the area to life and made sure everyone got the perfect pictures. Note that altitude may be an issue. My wife and I are 67, in good health, and we felt it.
