5.00Kid was amazing and made the tour very special. It is a cliche to say the tour guide was amazing but kid was the best tour guide we have ever had and we have travelled the whole world. He took care of every detail on the whole day from where to stand for great photo opportunities to handing us our train tickets seconds before we needed them. He really did go above and beyond for the whole day and took care of us. The tour was amazing but Kid made the tour amazing.
Awesome excursion for pictures of Switzerland and the Alps!

5.00Despite a less than ideal weather with rain and heavy snow, Kid (Tour Guide) lifted the spirits of the entire group with his attention to details and needs of every member in the group. I joined the same tour in Nov 2022 and delighted to have him as our guide again :) It is hard to find a guide like him who goes the extra mile for his guests. Speaks local language and English fluently is an added advantage for him as he really knows the people very well. Thank you Kid for the lovely experience to JungFrauJoch!

5.00Amazing experience. Our tour operator Kid was friendly. He made our trip do memorable. He took pictures at every important spots. Made sure everyone was comfortable and showed us everything in a timely manner. The cog wheel train, the train and then the tour back by eiger express cable car was amazing. This would be our unforgettable experience.

5.00It is a MUST!!! It was an amazing experience with a FABULOUS guide. Kid (guide) was amazing, attentive, and so much fun!!!! Kid made sure we saw all the gems on our journey snd he made sure we walked away with many pictures of my partner and I with the best back grounds. He wanted to make sure you “enjoy your holiday” which he reminded us of often. I highly recommend this day trip. Things to consider…. Bring snacks and water. Be prepared for the cold temperatures and wear comfortable walking shoes.

5.00Fabulous tour! Loved the entire day — train, gondola, the top of Europe. Highly recommend. Wish I had known: Bring a good refillable water bottle, healthy snacks, a hat, and mittens. We were also unclear about lunch options at the top. Kid did a great job of leading, taking pictures, and making the day enjoyable. This is NOT a waste of money!!
Maybe the best excursion or tour we have ever done.

5.00We were picked up on time in a very nice motor coach. Our guide Kid was exceptional all day long. He constantly told us what side of the bus or train to be on for the best photo. He took a lot of photos of us together, much better than selfies. Probably the best your guide we have ever had. The content of the tour was the best part. We saw incredible countryside, rode on two different cog railways and 1 large tram. Interlaken is a very touristy town in a gorgeous setting. Jungfraujoch was over the top. An incredible setting between two mountain peaks, stunning scenery, mountains and glaciers everywhere. Loads of people but ample room to get around and take photos. Wear shoes good for walking on snow and ice. A very warm coat and gloves are a must also, especially when going through the ice palace, very slippery and the hand rails were very cold. Helpful hint: if you are prone to motion sickness take some meds even before you get on the bus. Our driver was very good but uou are on winding mountain roads all day.

1.00Be careful! I never received the info and tickets to the excursion until I attempted to get a refund for a Paris event. I spoke a Viator rep and they had my name wrong ……and other this. Note a confirmation number is Not Enough I will review again.
