  This was awesome. Truly a guided tour. Our guide Kid made sure we got great pictures of the entire experience. Would highly recommend to everyone visiting Switzerland.

  This tour was an amazing experience with incredible views. Our guide, Kid, is the absolute best, has a great sense of humor, and is very entertaining. Kid handled the crowds like a true pro and kept our group very comfortable. He also made sure that everyone got great pictures. I would highly recommend this tour. It’s worth every penny.

  This tour was amazing , one of the best tours I’ve had in years and all because of our dear tour guide Kid. Kid was amazing . So funny but at the same time very professional and caring . He took care of each one of us and made sure we all felt included. It was amazing to see how in a few hours he knew each one of us by name . Kid is excellent, very professional and every tour guide should learn from him. 5 stars experience !!

  Sights are breathtaking from the train(s). We got on an off trains several times then had to walk through a very long tunnel. This was very hard for me as I am claustrophobic. I thought the Ice Cave would be smaller but it also is tunnel-like. By then we were a bit light-headed from the altitude which was a bit scary. If I had known about the tunnel(s) I might not have bought the trip. ( I do not remember warnings about this in the description but it should be mentioned. In other situaitons where I felt claustrophic I could skip that portion of the tour but I dont know where I would have been able to go in this case). In any case, the ultimate summit and subsequent cable car were breathtaking! Finally, our guide Kid was the best! He had us laughing the whole trip! He directed us to seats in the trains, fielded us through other tourists and propelled us quickly through the day. He was informative at each stop where there were rest rooms, and told us when to take pictures. If you were on one side and a better view was on the other side, he would take the picture for you! And he recharged phones for guests if batteries ran low. We were surprised how fast we had to move - not a problem for us but you would be in trouble if you were slow. There was little time to eat lunch or shop (we were ok with that but some other guests were rushed). All in all we were very glad we were able to take the trip even though I'm still having nightmares about the tunnel. Kid is a very special guide! He made us feel very welcome and cared for. And our bus driver did a great job negotiating the curves. I'm sorry we didnt write down his name.
