Everything was perfectly coordinated and organized, our guide Kid was very knowledgeable, informative, and created a fun and memorable experience, including making sure everyone was able to get the best possible pictures and views and experiences.

Lots of time spent on the coach, roughly 3 hours each way. The views are beautiful when you get there and the train and cable car are a great way to see the mountain. Our guide was Kid. May not be to everyone's taste as he's very bossy, but he did make sure we didn't miss anything, made sure the group stayed together and we didn't have to queue up once. He also made sure we got the best photo opportunities and that we knew to take food with us as options were limited when you get there. Would recommend it but it's a very tiring day. We had no traffic really and didn't get home till nearly 8pm.

An unforgettable experience from start to finish! The breathtaking views at the “Top of Europe” were beyond anything I imagined—snow-capped peaks, crisp alpine air, and panoramic vistas that felt like a dream. What truly made the day special was our guide, Raymond, who was not only knowledgeable but warm, engaging, and took fantastic photos. Highly recommended for anyone seeking beauty, adventure, and a touch of magic.

It was a terrible experience — the first time I’ve ever felt discriminated against. Just yesterday, I took a Viator tour, and the guide there was very friendly
