4.00The tour itself, meaning the sights we saw ... all that we witnessed was spectacular! The tour guide, on the other hand, while extremely knowledgeable, was disrespectful, discourteous and abrasive! My husband would like to return to Switzerland with our adult children and certainly include the tour to Jungfraujoch, but we will endeavor to choose the day that Kid is not the guide. Unfortunately, the question below asking if we would recommend this experience allows only a YES or NO answer. I would certainly recommend the tour with the above caution - that Kid is not your tour guide.
