Arrive at Juta Village and begin your gentle hike toward the Chaukhi Mountain Range, often called the “Dolomites of Georgia.” (Note : Our cars are not allowed ahead of this location. You can take local taxi or trekk on these routes.)

Walk through flower-filled meadows, alpine streams, and panoramic mountain views.

Optionally, hike to Fifth Season Café, a charming spot nestled in the valley, perfect for coffee with a view. Enjoy free time to relax, enjoy a picnic, or simply soak in the serenity of the Caucasus.

Capture some final shots of the valley, horses, and wild landscapes before returning to Stepantsminda by early evening.

Amazing Experience with Bacho the Guide and Driver. Juta is beautiful and it was so much fun. Bacho helped us navigate and also waited for an hour since we went trekking in the mountains. A must go when your in Kazbegi

What I booked and paid for was a "Day trip with 4WD transport from Kazbegi". First of all, it turned out to be a car with just 4 wheels. Anyway, the driver picked us up and started driving to the destination, Juta village where he would drop us off. He stopped the car 40min. before, in a spot where some other guys with vans were waiting. The story was: Ok, from here I can't go on because the road is dangerous and you can go on foot or pick up a taxi (with an extra payment of course) . Long story short, it was a scam, a really good one because the road is in a good condition for driving carefully. The guys also stop other drivers with their own cars telling them the same story.
