Your pilot will guide you through the Kaikoura landscape before landing at our exclusive hilltop location. There, you'll meet Justine Schroder, owner of Mt Fyffe Distillery, who will pour you a tasting of her award-winning small batch London dry gin. Hear the story behind the creation of her distinctive blends, crafted using botanicals sourced from their family farm and the local Kaikōura environment.
This Kaikōura gin tasting tour includes a complimentary 375ml bottle of Woolshed Gin or Shearwater Gin, perfect for continuing the experience at home.

5.00From start to finish, this was an incredible experience. The team organised everything on very short notice and made the whole process seamless. The flight itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of Kaikōura and the surrounding mountains, topped off with a spectacular landing on a snow-capped peak. Daniel and the crew were professional, friendly, and made the trip unforgettable. Honestly, there’s nothing I would change or improve – it was perfect in every way. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Kaikōura!

5.00Must experience this when you are in Kaikoura! Able to see so much snow was a big surprise for me that day and also be able to fly up there on a lovely afternoon. Staff are friendly and able to assist us.

5.00A gin tasting on top of a mountain - Why not! Fabulous views, awesome helicopter ride & excellent gins & cheese platter. What’s not to enjoy. Our group of three had perfect weather & thoroughly enjoyed this unique experience. Very professional & personable staff. (Thanks to pilot Dan & Justine from Mount Fyffe Distillery). Highly recommend.
