It was a very long day, made a lot longer as we were an hour late getting back into Darwin. Not sure why that was as there was only 3 activities.

What a well organised and informative trip. Loads of Crocs and loads of extremely valuable information from our well educated guide Ric. I strongly recommend this trip to see the 1st Nations Art. Facinating being brought to life by our guide which was key to the whole trip.

Skip fogg dam, I honestly wish there was more description as the reality was just sitting on the bus driving by the nature reserve, taking pictures from the bus. I totally understand the crocs safety aspect, but the whole point of being in nature is to hear the birds, feel the wind, and just couldn’t do that. We did go out for 10 minutes at the end of the road and it was beautiful but the guide kept talking althe whole time to where you can’t hear the birds at all. Speaking of which, the guide was very friendly, and had a lot of cool and interesting facts, but at times it was just too many facts or too many variants of the same fact, that it was overwhelming. There is a lot of driving, yes, but that ended up being cool, what you see the whole way is interesting and the stops are amazing.

  • Lots of road.

What a road! There were 28 of us for a group normally of maximum 21. The description is misleading because the visit to kakadu is limited to taking the photo of the entrance sign to the park. There are only 2 important visits: fogg dam and ubirr. The guide gave bcp info. My English wasn't good enough to understand everything.
