Wine tasting tour in Kakheti includes to visit the historical sightseeing and famous wineries of Kakheti. During the trip tourists will visit: Ujarma fortress, Shuamta monasteries, Telavi Kingdom city, Ikalto Monastery, Alaverdi Cathedral, Winery in Tsinandali and Alexandre Chavchavadze home museum, Gremi Palace, Kvareli wineries. Visiting of the historical sightseeing may take nearby half an hour. Visiting of the wineries may take one hour or more. During the tour tourists will have to taste local famous wine, have a lunch or dinner local restaurants.

What To Expect

We visit Telavi, Kvareli and Signagi historical cities and wineries. We visit first Telavi Kingdom City via Gombori high pass and Shuamta monastery on the way. We shall walk in Telavi city. After Telavi we visit Gremi Castle and Kindzmarauli winery. After wine testing in Kindzmarauli we shall leave for Signagi and have lunch in Signagi. After lunch we visit Signagi city, Bodbe monastery and leave for Tbilisi.
