5.00Everything went smoothly. From the booking I was contacted via WhatsApp what the further process is until the booked activity. Super friendly and helpful. The train ride from Kandy to Ella was beautifully great nature many palm tea plantations and waterfalls. The train runs very slowly we were traveling 8 hours.

5.00We are absolutely satisfied! Everything worked perfectly – the ticket was sent to us via WhatsApp on time in the morning before departure. It is only important to provide the correct passport number beforehand so that there are no problems boarding. Before our trip we had read about possible fake tickets and were therefore a bit skeptical. But we can confirm: everything was absolutely serious and problem-free. Especially great: We booked our ticket spontaneously only two days before departure and were very happy that we still got seats. Overall, a smoothly organized experience, which we can recommend without restriction!

1.00Unfortunately, this is simply fraud. The tickets were delivered to us but we were not allowed to board the train because our passport numbers were not marked on the tickets (were also not requested in advance). At the station we were told that the tickets were from the black market and we were getting new Tickets for the 3. Class (Everything else fully booked). We were promised a chargeback of our money via WhatsApp but that has not happened to date. There has been no response to a complaint email from Viator to date. I can only advise anyone not to book here!!!!

2.00The agency could not give us the train tickets until the same morning that we had the trip and at a different time than the one we had contracted without telling us anything beforehand. The train journey great, but, the management of the ticket agency nefarious and they did not give us information, nor the day before they could assure us that we had tickets.
