Unbelievable scenery, and wildlife. Our guide was excellent, funny, knowledgeable and a resident on the island. We seen koala, kangaroos and countless sea lions. Very good trip.

it was advertised as a 10 hour day, but ended up being 16 hours (6:30 am - 11:00 pm). It is a 90 minute drive to the ferry and a 45 minute crossing. Good stuff: we saw a beautiful island and the weather was perfect. We took great photos, saw beautiful rocks, scenery, fur seals, sea lions, and learned a lot about the island from Scott, our driver. He had a great sense of humor and told great stories. Lunch was fabulous. Needs work: We were told to be at the bus station before 6:30 am for a 6:30 departure time. We waited until after 7 am for a bus bringing people from the hotels to join us. We had been unable to get breakfast because of the early hour needed to arrive at the bus station. You could, however, get food on the ferry. Once on the island, we had 50 people on the bus; 95% follow the guidelines of how long to be out walking and taking photos, and when to get back on the bus. Because we were doing so much in one day, you had to be mindful of the time. We ended up at the end of the day with a "dash through" of 30 minutes for 50 of us to feed the kangaroos and take photos with the koalas. Not everyone came over on the ferry; we picked people up at another place on the island. We dropped people off at the airport and at a hotel. Those of us on the ferry were dropped off at the IGA to get our dinner before we got on the ferry. We didn't realize we wouldn't get back to Adelaide in time for dinner. I would recommend that people spend the night on the island and arrange for the ride back to Adelaide through the same service. It was a very long day.

Great long trip. We saw amazing things Would have been 5 stars if not for 2 issues 1) by using the bus / tour as a shuttle for some people to get to remote hotels on the island it significantly impact our time at the last stop which is the most important 2) the time at our last stop, the wildlife park with koala and kangaroo experience, was rushed and cut significantly short With better time restructuring ( ie shorten time at lunch and remarkably rock) we would have had more time with the animals
