  I’d give this tour ten stars if I could. One of the best we’ve ever taken. Kaitlyn was wonderful, fun, full of information, and eager to show us all an unforgettable day. Besides all the scheduled stops, seeing the wild kangaroos and koalas made our tour perfect!

• Terrible experience with Kangaroo Island Trails

  We have had a terrible experience dealing with Kangaroo Island Trails. Our ship captain announced on the 6th of March that due to poor weather, we would not be visiting Kangaroo Island the following day. I notified Kangaroo Island within 10 minutes of this announcement, however they have refused to provide any refund at all. The customer service has been very poor. I have sent numerous emails and messages in which they did not acknowledge at all. I can still not believe that this company would not offer any refund at all on over $400, where there only reason we did not do the 'Ship shore excursion' was because our ship did not go to Kangaroo Island.

  What a great day with Kaitlin! We made every stop on the itinerary with enough time to taste and explore and shop. She made it clear we would return to our cruise ship in plenty of time which we did. We had so much fun tasting lavender scones (amazing!), honey, wine, gin, cider and learning how they are produced. I would definitely recommend this excursion!

  We had a great day. Our guide was very knowledgeable about all things Kangaroo Island. We enjoyed great scenery as we were driven around and fabulous tastings at various places.

  Long tour but broken up with multiple stops. Joel was a great guide. Saw lots of Roos, koalas, kookaburra, snake. Breathtaking views, good food. Awesome separate gin tasting and wine tastings. Thumbs up!
