We had an amazing experience on the Kanyakumari Day Package and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. The journey from Thiruvananthapuram was comfortable and well arranged, which made the day feel relaxed and stress-free. Seeing the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and standing at the southernmost tip of India where the three seas meet was a special feeling that we will never forget. The views were beautiful, especially by the sea, and we had enough time to explore and take pictures. Everything was well planned, and the driver was polite and helpful throughout the day. It was a memorable trip and definitely worth it — highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Do not use this provider. Not helpful. The driver basically dropped us at the entrance. After requesting many times he helped buy online ticket but he did not accompany us even though he was also supposed to be our guide. The other tour guide helped us to get to the right place, purchase entrance tickets etc.

The Kanyakumari day trip was a memorable and well-planned experience, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty, spirituality, and history. Watching the ocean views where the Arabian Sea, Bay of Bengal, and Indian Ocean meet was truly breathtaking, and visiting iconic landmarks like the Vivekananda Rock Memorial and Thiruvalluvar Statue added great cultural value to the trip. The itinerary was well paced, allowing enough time to explore each location without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a smooth, enjoyable, and highly recommended day trip for anyone looking to experience the highlights of Kanyakumari in a single day.

The statue next to Vivekanada rock was not open to public but the tour operator never informed about it. The driver doubled up as the guide. However, he did not accompany us to the venue. He just bought the ferry tickets and paid for the lunch. We had to buy additional tickets to see the venue and explore it on our own without any guide. I will not recommend this tour.

It seems that Viator tours in Kerala are not associated with providing a guide. You get a driver who barely talks comprehensible English, does not talk on the long trip, drops you off at the various sites and says see you later. The ferry ride is short but on an overly old loaded boat, likely illegal. Very hot day, and a long wait before returning on the ever more crowded ferry. We were taken to a nice hotel for a good lunch that we paid for. The two tours that we did with Viator in Kerala were certainly way below our expectations and nowhere comparable to previous tours enjoyed in other countries. I would call them overpriced drives and would discourage anyone from taking them.

It was a great experience with my family, after almost 20-25 years we cherished our memories together. Sunrise was phenomenal and my daughter enjoyed the beach.

A poorly organized trip. It took three hours to drive to Kanyakumari and 2.5 hours to return leaving only 2.5 hours for visiting all the included sites. The major attraction Vivekananda and Thruvaluvar alone took 1.5 hours leaving just enough time to reach SunsetSpot. We were on the final ferries to Vivekananda and Thiruvaluvar, another 15 minutes and we would have missed those attractions. We had a moderately English speaking driver whom we wil not identify as a guide. He was vey pleasant and accommodating but we had to direct the tour as he was not well informed on what was included in the tour. Bottom line, this tour must be reprogrammed.

The driver was good as a driver but had very limited English. We were given no information regarding timings, itinerary or places visited. All admissions were meant to be included but we had to pay entry to Vivekanada Rock and the ferry out to it. Thiruvallur statue was closed. Bhagavathy Amman Temple was closed. We were never shown the Ghandi memorial. The driver tried to sell us a backwater tour as soon as we were picked up how we could have fitted this in remains to be seen.

Team, I felt it important to come back and share my view. The Trip was tremendous we had been planning this trip from so many years due to many factors it couldn’t materialize. However this time it all kicked off only because of Expertise Travel and their offers.

We had a great time. We enjoyed the sight-seeing, we were served the delicious Indian cuisine and we met a lot of new people; locals. We want to deeply thank Expertise Travels for making this trip one of the best we ever had. The program they prepared for us was not crowded and exhausting. We enjoyed seeing as much of Kanyakumari as we can while also finding time to relax. They also assigned us a great driver, Vinod, who did not spare any effort in ensuring we had a great time. Vinod spoke English, so while driving he continuously described our surroundings. He drove safely. The road trip was delightful.
