Participants must be in good physical condition and able to hike approximately two miles through rocky, muddy and slippery terrain
Must wear shoes that are secure to your feet. No flip flops.
Please bring plenty of water.
Other recommended items to bring: swimsuits, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, snacks, and a towel.
Ziploc bags should be used for cell phones or cameras that are not waterproof

5.00We had a great time kayaking and hiking on this tour. Zach was a great guide, he was knowledgeable and had lots of jokes. The activities weren’t as strenuous as I was expecting. I think anyone who can walk a few miles and has decent upper body strength can do it. Our tour was all people over 30 and under 50 but I saw other tours with teens and older people. The hike is slippery so good shoes are a must! I wore water shoes that did fine but were extra slippery in the mud.
