Participants must be in good physical condition and able to hike approximately two miles through rocky, muddy and slippery terrain
Must wear shoes that are secure to your feet. No flip flops.
Please bring plenty of water.

5.00Great, moderate level activity. Our guide was Hawaiian Brian, who only works Monday. Highly recommend. Lots of insights into the culture and land that is Hawaii. Kayak is a moderate paddle up the Wailua River. Hike back to the falls is also moderate, through water and roots, but much is on a planked walkway. Falls are no longer a secret, as there are lots of people there, but everyone had plenty of opportunity for personal and panoramic pictures.

5.00Double kayaks up a mild river than a somewhat muddy track up the side of a mountain to a gorgeous waterfall. Bring a light change of clothes if you plan to go swimming. Being in reasonable shape is helpful regardless of age.
