Absolutely incredible! Views were stunning and Steven our pilot was very informative & had a great playlist that helped keep us calm. So glad we did this!

We did not get to even do the ride but the experience with cancelling was more complicated than it had to be. First the helicopter ride was rescheduled to a later time without asking us then put back to original time of 8am and then finally cancelled the night before. The cancellation was fine since we know things happen and they offered to reschedule later but I let the staff know we could not do any later times because we were leaving the island that day at 11am and so I asked for a refund. They agreed but then called back and had rescheduled me to 11am and I had to reiterate we can't do that time and just wanted a refund. Then refunding was an issue because the refund text I received from them was $200 short of what I paid and when I asked they told me it was a "commission fee" from Viator and I had to talk to Viator. I let the gentleman, Julian (I believe), know my first helicopter ride that was booked also through Viator was also cancelled due to weather and they gave me a full refund with no issues and I didn't have to call Viator but he insisted with $200 was a Viator issue. I called Viator to get it squared away and they said they didn't know what Safari was talking about and that I was getting refunded the full refund and gave me the email confirmation to put me at ease. Viator customer service was great but better off with a different company for a helicopter ride.

We had a terrific flight over the beautiful island of Kauai. Everyone from Safari was friendly and helpful. During our flight our pilot Brody shared the islands history and lore which made the trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.
