Guests with a history of seizure are not permitted to join this experience.
Guests must be able to climb a ladder and re-board the vessel without assistance.
Guests must be fit to walk 200 yards to and from the boat.

Outstanding visit to Napali coast from West side.

5.00We had an outstanding tour today to Nepali coast. We hit the trifecta with a turtle, humpback whale with a baby, and spinner dolphins. Captain Nono and first mate Keena made it fun for everyone. Because the seas were exceptionally calm, we got into the caves and went at high speed for the trip home. Highly recommend when seas are calm, but I might think twice if it was rough seas. Note that this trip goes from the west side, only 30 mins drive from Poipu.

5.00The photos on the site did not do this tour justice. You have to experience this adventure and see the beautiful falls up close. We got into the caves and saw whales.

5.00The NaPali Coast was amazing! Our captain, Noheale, was great at maneuvering the boat, telling us about the land and pointing out cool things. Jeff took care of everything else we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. Great trip! Take your Dramamine!

5.00Our family of 8 enjoyed a terrific trip with Captains Nohili (Nono) and Jeff, as we had a beautifully sunny day (most of our weeklong trip to Kaua’I has been rainy), so it was important to take advantage of the weather. Nono and Jeff were great hosts, very informative and kept the passengers safe. The Na Pali coast is gorgeous, and can only be seen via boat or helicopter. The ocean waves were high because of recent storms, yet Nono did a great job navigating in and through the caves, powering a large boat without incident. They considered our best options for snorkeling, pointed out wildlife throughout our excursion, such as sea turtles, mountain goats and fish, and helped us understand the importance of Hawaiian culture and history on Kaua’i. We would definitely recommend Capital J’s and our 2 skilled leaders to anyone. Also, once we returned to the marina, we took their advice and had a really good dinner at Port Allen Sunset Grill, which was a relaxing way to enjoy our last night in Kaua‘I. My only caution is that for anyone who is likely to suffer from motion sickness, sit in the back of the boat where it is more stable - the front the boat hits the waves harder. ~ Barry and Family (ages 13 to 60) - April 11, 2026

5.00A very nice tour along the coastline. Besides lots of information, there was good music, both sweet and salty snacks and water. The crew was very interested in everyone doing well and asked regularly. Since we couldn’t snorkel due to the previous storms, we went a few meters out onto the water so that we could still enjoy some time in the water. There, too, the crew was always vigilant and had everyone in view.

5.00The weather was perfect. It was a great trip with the only downside being we couldn't snorkel because the massive rain the day before. Noheli and Jeff were excellent. Plenty of humor and facts about the different spots we stopped. I absolutely recommend the super raft rather than the small boat that other companies do. Fairly comfortable seats and being provided with snacks and drinks. Jeff came around multiple times with drinks and chips and granola bars and such. A few people needed to hold on to a bucket but that is nothing out of the ordinary. That has nothing to do with the guides or the company. That is individual and you are either going to get seasick or you aren't. I definitely recommend.

5.00One of the most amazing experiences of my life. Captain Ryan was amazing master of the boat bringing the boat in and out of caves and first mate Matt had knowledge beyond comparison. This tour is a must and if you are lucky enough to get Capt Ryan and first mate Matt count your blessings.

5.00One of the best excursions that I have ever been on. Captain Ryan had unbelievable command of the boat. He took the boat into a cave, underneath a waterfall and into an opening that led to a circular carve out in the coastal wall with such ease. All along Matt's knowledge of the history of the Na Pali Coast was infinite. We saw whales, dolphins and millions of years of history. This is a tour that should not be missed on Kauai and Captain Js is a must for this tour.
