We had an incredible raft trip with our family—truly one of the highlights of our trip! From booking to check-in, everything was seamless, professional, and very well organized. Captain NoNo and Canine were outstanding. They provided clear instructions throughout, including safety guidance, which made everyone feel comfortable and well-prepared. The boat was very stable with high seating, and Captain NoNo navigated it expertly. Canine brought the journey to life with engaging descriptions of the coastline and marine life. We were lucky to spot whales and dolphins, and the Nā Pali Coast views were absolutely breathtaking. On the way back, we stopped for snorkeling—everyone loved it! Snacks, water, and energy drinks were provided, and having a restroom onboard was a big plus. Overall, a solid 5/5 experience. Highly recommend this tour for families looking for a fun, safe, and memorable adventure!

This Na Pali coast and snorkel tour was a blast. Landon our captain and Camden our tour guide were fun and attentive. The coast was beautiful and the snorkeling spot was great, we saw tons of fish and a couple sea turtles. I would say that part of this tour can be bumpy because of the waves so if you’re not up for that this might not be for you. But if you like crashing though wave with music playing in the background, this is for you.

It was truly miserable. Absolutely freezing, the back seats should not be sold or should at least be discounted. To pay the same as everyone just to be Soaking wet freezing no sun w/ wind blowing for 2 1/2 hours. Captain Landon was rude had attitude and in no way was accommodating. Truly couldn’t believe how much he didn’t care, it was obvious he was intentionally trying to make it wetter/worse for us. Cannon did his job good tho.

If you’re looking for a wild ride with breathtaking views of majestic mountains and the ocean, this is the experience for you! This adventure was nothing short of amazing. Jordan and Max were fantastic—knowledgeable, funny, and incredibly friendly. You can really tell they have a deep love for the ocean and know so much about it, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The coastline was absolutely stunning—honestly, pictures just don’t do it justice. While we weren’t able to go into the cave due to large swells, safety always comes first, and they handled it professionally. As a bonus, we got to snorkel on the way back and saw tons of fish and even a turtle! They also provided snacks and plenty of drink options, including water, Gatorade, and soda, which was a great touch. If you’re adventurous, this is an absolute must-do while visiting Kauai. Highly recommend!!

This tour was easily one of the best things I've ever done! I didn't fancy the clinging-on-for-dear-life small raft tours, but I also didn't want to do a mai tais catamaran cruise, so this was the perfect one for me. The super raft is comfortable and feels so safe (and I'm saying that as someone who can't swim). It was wild without ever worrying that I was going to end up in the water. Landon was an amazing captain and Matt was equally amazing as the crew! He knew absolutely everything about the Nā Pali Coast - geology, history, anything you could want to know - and Kauai in general. The music was great. No-one had any trouble at any point in the adventure, but if we had, there's no question that Matt and Landon would have been on it immediately. What was really special about my experience was that it wasn't a whale watching tour, but there was so much whale action! We saw not one, but TWO full breaches! We never did the snorkelling (which I wasn't going to do anyway) because we watched the whales instead. As Landon put it, you can snorkel anywhere, but seeing those whales was a once-in-a-lifetime thing. I also did a helicopter tour (I never usually pay for anything like that, but visiting Hawaii was a lifelong dream) and seeing the coast from the ocean was equally incredible, so if you don't want to do the helicopter but you want to do this, don't worry. You won't miss anything. No photos or words can really capture how breathtaking the Nā Pali Coast is. You NEED to see it. This is the way to do it. Trust me.

Even though we had mostly clouds and a little drizzle, it was a delightful tour. In rough chop on open ocean, pick another day if you have back aches. You will bounce around. The captain is very skilled and we never felt in danger. Saw 1 whale is far distance breaching repeatedly. A pod of Hawaiian spinner dolphins played around our raft for a long time. Delightful. The history and views of the Nepali cliffs was fascinating. Seeing the open ceiling cave was magical.

The captains were fun and knowledgeable. The water was a bit choppy but that’s expected, so I meds are necessary if your motion sickness! Snorkeling is my favorite and that didn’t disappoint!! Highly recommended! Overall great experience
