Passenger Policy
1. This is an adventure. Ocean conditions vary and may be rough. Participation may not be suitable for everyone; boarding of physically challenged individuals is at the captain’s discretion.
2. Not recommended for guests with back, neck, knee, hip, or other joint problems, chronic pain, recent injuries or surgeries, or severe motion sickness. No refunds for seasickness; prevention is best with over-the-counter remedies.
3. No expectant mothers.
4. Children must be 5 years or older.
5. Routes, destinations, and snorkeling are subject to change without notice due to weather and ocean conditions.
6. Cancelled tours are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
7. “No shows” or any cancellation within 24-hours of check-in time is subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.
8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
9. Mobility aids such as canes, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. are not allowed on board.
10. We do not land on shore.
11. Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.
12. Full-face snorkel masks are prohibited. Only traditional two-piece masks and snorkels may be used. For safety, please avoid snorkeling within 24 hours after arriving from a flight over 5 hours
13. If you do not have your daily or prescribed medication with you, i.e. inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication, you must reschedule your tour for another day.
14. No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
15. You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket and camera. We will provide everything else.
16. All tours are barefoot. Shoes must be removed before boarding, with orthopedic/diabetic exceptions at the captain’s discretion.
17. Per our liquor license, guests may not bring alcohol. IDs are required for age verification. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol is served only after snorkeling on applicable tours.
18. No coolers or drones/unmanned aircraft are allowed on-board.
19. Spray/aerosol sunscreens are prohibited as a safety hazard. Please use reef-friendly lotion sunscreens instead.
20. Marine toilets clog easily. Only flush human waste and the toilet paper provided.
21. Please use the designated gravel parking lot.
22. All complaints of harassment or assault, and any suspected illegal activity, will be reported to the proper authorities.
23. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet health, safety, or policy requirements.

What To Expect
Check in at Port Allen and board the spacious Leila catamaran. Cruise past towering cliffs, lush valleys, and waterfalls while your crew points out dolphins, sea turtles, and, during winter, humpback whales. Stop at a calm reef for snorkeling with tropical fish—snorkel gear, floatation devices, and instructions provided for all skill levels. Enjoy a hot breakfast, fresh lunch, and complimentary beverages throughout your trip. Amenities include ample seating, shaded areas, restrooms, and easy water access. All ages and experience levels welcome; all activities depend on weather and sea conditions.

1.00WARNING! DO NOT BOOK HOLO HOLO! We booked our family for the 5 hour Napali coast snorkel tour in October 2025 for a end of December tour. In November I received a call that our tour had been cancelled due to not enough people booking the tour. However, we booked the last 5 spots on that tour. I told the agent that and was promptly placed on hold. When she came back she informed me that someone had bought out my tour and bumped everyone. They were at the time able to re book our party on another date during our stay that was previously booked when I had made my reservation. I suspect that tour changed dates and bumped us. Fine, we were flexible and it worked out.... Today, I received a email cancelation of our tour....two days prior to our tour. The email I received....not even a phone call this time, said it was due to a vessel service and there was no further reservations available for a week after our date. We will be gone. We had other options to book snorkeling tours at the time our reservation was made, however now that all the time has passed, there is no longer any other tours available for our party at this short notice. Shame on Holo Holo for handling our tour and cancellation so poorly. Our family will not be able to take any snorkeling tours due to their not being able to run a business professionally. RUN! TO ANY OTHER SNORKELING TOUR! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Book someplace else that wants your business and cares about the experience they offer.

5.00I was super apprehensive about getting on a catamaran and snorkeling. I did not go in the water, but felt a lot better with the Capt. and her crew. By the time we were done, I felt way more comfortable. Captain Jess, Nicole, and Heather are total rock stars.

2.00It’s really just a sailboat ride along the coast. Stopped only once for a short time snorkel and that was very early in the morning. The activity of the day is more focused on the food being provided than snorkeling. Crew was nice enough but this is not the best trip I’ve experienced & suggest you look elsewhere if you actually want time in the water not just on it.

5.00Aloha, The 3-person crew were awesome!!! Their synergy made the experience fun, relaxing, and totally enjoyable. They were extremely attentive and engaging, always asking if we needed anything, offering to take our pictures on our phones or cameras, and great and easy conversations. The hot breakfast, cold lunch, and snacks were all yummy and done very well. The captain was extremely knowledgeable and explained intriguing facts and details about the boat, Coast Guard regulations, and the history of the island. He was confident and competent which allowed us to relax and enjoy the trip, even in the 8' swells we knowingly encountered going around the northwest side of the island. We would strongly recommend this excursion with this crew without hesitation. Mahalo!

5.00AMAZING charter! Captain Nate and his team were attentive and informative throughout the cruise, serving us delicious food and teaching us about the incredible Napali Coast. The boat is beautiful, and we had smooth sailing the entire trip. We also got to see tons of spinner dolphins, a highlight of our time in Hawaii.

5.00I highly recommend Holo Holo charters. The knowledge and presence of the whole crew was excellent. Captain Mike C’s skills were exceptional. I felt completely safe in their hands even in some rough waters. I had an absolute blast! The food served was very fresh and healthy. The Nepali coast was exquisite and the snorkeling super FUN 🤩

2.00We were quite disappointed by the experience, there were 40 of us on the boat. The place to snorkel was not up to the task, we hardly saw any fish compared to other places on the island! Lunch was very summary: sandwich + cookie. We were cold, dress well to make this experience. Otherwise the crew was very friendly. I think there are other less touristy tours.
