Passenger Policy
1. This is an adventure. Ocean conditions vary and may be rough. Participation may not be suitable for everyone; boarding of physically challenged individuals is at the captain’s discretion.
2. Not recommended for guests with back, neck, knee, hip, or other joint problems, chronic pain, recent injuries or surgeries, or severe motion sickness. No refunds for seasickness; prevention is best with over-the-counter remedies.
3. No expectant mothers.
4. Children must be 5 years or older.
5. Routes, destinations, and snorkeling are subject to change without notice due to weather and ocean conditions.
6. Cancelled tours are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.
7. “No shows” or any cancellation within 24-hours of check-in time is subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.
8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
9. Mobility aids such as canes, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. are not allowed on board.
10. We do not land on shore.
11. Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.
12. Full-face snorkel masks are prohibited. Only traditional two-piece masks and snorkels may be used. For safety, please avoid snorkeling within 24 hours after arriving from a flight over 5 hours
13. If you do not have your daily or prescribed medication with you, i.e. inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication, you must reschedule your tour for another day.
14. No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.
15. You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket and camera. We will provide everything else.
16. All tours are barefoot. Shoes must be removed before boarding, with orthopedic/diabetic exceptions at the captain’s discretion.
17. Per our liquor license, guests may not bring alcohol. IDs are required for age verification. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol is served only after snorkeling on applicable tours.
18. No coolers or drones/unmanned aircraft are allowed on-board.
19. Spray/aerosol sunscreens are prohibited as a safety hazard. Please use reef-friendly lotion sunscreens instead.
20. Marine toilets clog easily. Only flush human waste and the toilet paper provided.
21. Please use the designated gravel parking lot.
22. All complaints of harassment or assault, and any suspected illegal activity, will be reported to the proper authorities.
23. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet health, safety, or policy requirements.

What To Expect
Check in at Port Allen and board the spacious Leila catamaran. Cruise past towering cliffs, lush valleys, and waterfalls while your crew points out dolphins, sea turtles, and, during winter, humpback whales. Stop at a calm reef for snorkeling with tropical fish—snorkel gear, floatation devices, and instructions provided for all skill levels. Enjoy a hot breakfast, fresh lunch, and complimentary beverages throughout your trip. Amenities include ample seating, shaded areas, restrooms, and easy water access. All ages and experience levels welcome; all activities depend on weather and sea conditions.

She informed us before the tour that due to weather and water conditions (advisory from the state), there would be no snorkling, which was disappointing; after explaining that, she offered everyone the opportunity to back out to either reschedule or get a refund. I'm so glad we didn't: the trip was unforgettable! we saw tons of dolphins and whales breaching, turtles, a huge group of Monta Rays and even a Hammerhead shark! Also got an up-close view of the Na Pali coast. Highly recommend!

5.00Our crew was Mike, the captain, Nicole and I think the other guide’s name was Kevin. They were super friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The breakfast and lunch were great! Napali Coast is so beautiful. We saw many dolphins swimming together. Also, saw a few whales jumping in the distance. Snorkeling in blue, pretty water! Hola Hola Charters is a great company that I would recommend!

5.00This trip was the highlight of our stay on Kauai. We were fortunate to have calm seas and sunshine for viewing the NaPali Coast. There were lots of whales to see so that was a bonus. The snorkeling was fine and the water clear but the fish were pretty sparse. Kelly, Coral and Noah were terrific hosts and overall, it was a great day.

3.00Excellent captain, crew service and food. They chose a terrific snorkeling spot, and we lucked out with a modest number of passengers. Still disappointed to not have had even a bit of a sail on the return, as that was the primary reason I chose this charter, in fact to do a charter at all. I understand the ability to sail is up to weather conditions and I’m no sailor to decide it. But it sure seemed like they could’ve hoisted the sails for a short time to give us that lovely feeling and a break from the engine. Napali remains as beautiful as ever, but that’s a long time for a motor ride if you’re craving sailing.

5.00The staff and captain Jess was great! The breakfast and lunch was outstanding. The boat is a little smaller than some other catamaran tours but also less people. We have been on larger catamaran tours and actually preferred the HoloHolo trip. We got extremely lucky with the weather for late February and had a great time with our family.

5.00Absolutely LOVED our experience. Captain Kelly was fantastic and made the ride very enjoyable and the special spots she got us up close! The boat size was perfect! Jon was a fantastic boat helper. Very informative and personable! He added so much to the tour with his helpfulness, informative knowledge and friendly personality. The other young man (Will I think his name was) was very friendly and helpful.
