No tour conducted and the refund has not been done yet. Despite several reminders, there was no respond on our request to go for the kayaking.

Excursions from Page are definitely worthwhile. We could not see the canyon doing the kayaking tour due to the wind, all activities on the lake were cancelled but we were given an alternative option. The area is full of spectacular canyons. I'd definitely come back. We stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Page and the hotel is great, they organize excursions, good breakfast, comfortable beds and pool.

We originally booked for 1pm, but last night he requested us to arrive at 10am, reducing the time from the original 4 hours to 3 and a half hours. We are three hours away from our destination, and today the weather is not good and it's raining. The navigation gave us the wrong address, and we called him to tell him that we arrived at 10:40 in the end. It's true that we were late. We ended up kayaking in half an hour. We talked for half a day but couldn't communicate. Not to mention taking us to Hiking, even the most basic kayaking is just a little bit of time. Even if it takes two hours, we still acknowledge it. This Christmas has been so disappointing.

Highly recommended! Sean was an amazing guide and knew a lot of information about the land and canyon. Was part informational and part physical. The hike and paddle were amazing.

I could not recommend the off season more! We went on Dec 16th and got so lucky when part of our group didn’t show up we ended up with a private tour! Sean was an absolutely amazing guide! He was so knowledgeable about the lake, the canyon, and the geology etc. The canyon was empty and so peaceful. The water was like glass! It looked like a mirror! Sean was happy to answer all of our questions and you can tell how passionate he is. He also took really nice photos of us. Highly recommend this tour!

Honestly this is probably the most beautiful place I’ve ever kayaked. The experience was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was magical. the calm lake reflects the canyons and the lake felt like a mirror. One of those experience that make you wonder at how beautiful nature can be. The reason I’m giving 3 stars, however, is because I could have had the same experience just renting kayaks and our guide didn’t add any value. I have to also note that our guide was new and very young and was probably just learning the trade. They weren’t very knowledgeable and kind of just came along. Also I must say that the hike after kayaking one way was super super long (probably 8 miles both ways). So kayaking ~3 miles and then hike 5 miles And then kayaking back 3 miles - it’s a massive workout. That said, I still recommend this.

We are disappointed in Jasey, the owner if the Paddle Express Tours. We made a mistake when booking the group tour. We completely miscalculated the travel time (we thought it was 30min, but it was 3h). We called Jasey, to explain and asked if we could reschedule to a later time. She said:" there are no later group tours, but you can book an individual tour, let me call you back." We decided to make the drive, but after that she did not respond to emails nor did she pick up here phone. So we lost our money, but also half a travel day. Very disappointing!

We booked a last-minute tour with Paddle Express, and Sean Tracey went above and beyond to make it happen. He was friendly, knowledgeable, took pictures while we kayaked and made the whole experience effortless. The tandem kayak trip across Lake Powell and into Antelope Canyon was unforgettable, and the short hike through the canyon before kayaking back was a perfect bonus. Highly recommend Sean and Paddle Express to anyone visiting Page!
