Our award winning kayak program has been exploring these waters for more than 20 years. They are ideal for the family, excellent for education and an amazing way to see significant Turks & Caicos marine wildlife; juvenile turtles, rays, juvenile sharks and birds.
The mangrove habitats make up a third of these islands. We love to teach our guests about these unique ecosystems and the important role they play while exploring and paddling through their channels. These tours are an absolute must for everyone visiting these islands.

Use Blue Collective for all activities on Turks and Caicos. Do the kayak tour with Cal. Avoid the clear bottom bathtubs.

We had the pleasure of kayaking the mangroves with Emily. She was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot that we didn’t know. It was wonderful seeing all the turtles, a lemon shark, fish, birds, and we even saw a barracuda. Highly recommended booking with Big Blue Collective.

We are a family of 5 - parents and three teenagers. All of us agree that the 4 hour Eco Kayak trip with Big Blue Collective with our guide Mikey was the BEST excursion we ever went on. It was the highlight of our trip. The kayaks were comfortable and easy the handle (not clear kayaks). We started out in the mangroves and it was spectacular. We saw so many green sea turtles that I lost count. It was a dream come true! We saw a brown pelican and willets. Mikey was so knowledgeable about all the plants and animals and was a great guide. He took us to Little Water Cay to see the rock iguanas and upside down jelly fish and then through a little path and saw half moon bay. We had the whole area to ourselves. We loved every minute of this trip! The snack was perfect and we felt very safe the whole time. I loved seeing all the different shades of turquoise water that we traveled through. Sounds silly unless you see it in person. It was spectacular! Best day ever! Highly recommend!!

I’ve done this kayak tour four times. I try and go every time I’m in tci. Bailey was my favorite tour guide yet. Very knowledgeable about all the wildlife. Very patient with kids (and adults lol). My favorite thing about this tour is the mangroves and seeing the baby turtles. We saw so many animals today: turtles, sting ray, osprey, sand pipers, barracuda, herons, cow fish, snapper, upside down jellyfish, needlefish, and a little dog named Luna hahaIguana Island is fun too and a great workout. I very much recommend choosing Big Blue Collective over any other company. They are much more knowledgeable and eco friendly. Book with BBC, you’ll be glad you did. Highly recommended.

We had a large group attend, courtesy of our company, and we very much enjoyed the experience with Mikey. We strive for eco conscious solutions as a company and this tour aligned with our efforts. We saw other companies with fancy clear kayaks being pulled through the mangroves but this is a national park and a very delicate eco system serving as a nursery for wildlife. I appreciated the education from our guide, the turtle sightings, and the workout!!
