What To Expect
Uros kayak + Taquile Day Tour by Fast Boat Uros Kayak and Taquile by Fast Boat is highly recommended for sea-kayaking adventurers who would like to do exciting kayak activities and join shared tour of Taquile by Fast Boat transport. But first of all, we have to say that due you’re taking a shared speed boat from Uros islands, you’ll definitely visit the crowded places in Taquile, we do not promise Taquile off the beaten tracks, a lot of people take the same road to the main Plaza. Do not expect to be the only ones around. Your day with us begins at 7:00 am with a quick pick-up from your Puno hotel to local kayak dock. Here, in case this is your first time doing kayaking, you’ll get elemental kayak paddling instructions from your guide then we’ll be able to start paddling toward Uros islands. On the way enjoy its beauty scenery landscape. Definitely we’ll go kayaking on our own pace and rhythm if your priority is to spend more time in the kayaks. But if you want to stay more time on Uros islands, see inside their houses, ride on reed boat to go around for cutting Totora reeds and put fishing net (available only upon request), we have to depart early in the morning.

5.00Had an amazing tour with our kayak guide Ronald who was very knowledgeable about the floating islands and the local people. A seamless transition for the afternoon to a larger boat allowed us to visit Tequille for a delicious lunch and some cultural dancing!

5.00We were looking for a very different tour on Lake Titicaca, and we found this tour and we asked for information about the uros kayak tour plus taquile and Carlos responded as soon as possible and we booked. The tour that he organized for us was wonderful, comfortable kayaks and we enjoyed a lot. When we arrived at a floating island, the people received us very happily and we learned many things about their Aymara culture. Then our kayak guide took us to another island to go to Taquile Island with a shared group and in the same way we liked it a lot and we learned other things and it has beautiful views, we highly recommend this full day tour, thank you to travel agency TITICACA WORLDWIDE.

5.00Perfect, we are a small family that booked kayak tour uros and continue to Taquile Island, from the beginning our kayak guide was friendly and very knowledgeable of place, and that we arrived to one of the islands and that the family that Vivian were charming with us, and likewise we took the traditional boat for 10 minutes excellent, then continued with a group of people to Taquile Island, very beautiful place and stunning views, smoothly recommended to this local Uros agency.
