David was the best tour guide. He was the highlight of the trip. He was so funny, gave us many great facts about the island and the ocean, and just made it a great experience. We saw some beautiful things in and out of the water, and it was just a fun activity. Not too strenuous, nor too slow. Would absolutely recommend!

Very disappointed no turtles or dolphins were seen no cameras were aloud and we still have not received the photos the tour guide was to send to my email

Really disappointing! We were coming from Las Palmas on the ferry and missed the ferry. We were able to take the next ferry to Tenerife. I call the company multiple times after 09:00 when they open and emailed them. They finally answered around 09:45. I explained to them what happened and requested to reschedule for either later that day or the next day. They refused stating that they were completely booked. That I would have to rebook and pay again! If I was able to rebook then they weren’t completely booked up as they said they were. Their excuse was that they left spots open for new bookings. If this was peek season and on a weekend then I may have understood a bit more but this is May and during the week a Tuesday and Wednesday. I just feel that could have been more understanding and accommodating.

We were very impressed by all the staff xplore Tenerife Kayak especially our guide William. The instruction on how to use all of the equipment was at a good pace and we felt confident before starting the paddle. We were lucky enough to see some bottle nose dolphins and a very large sea turtle. William was very enthusiastic about the animals and made the experience even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this trip to anyone with a passion for wildlife in it’s natural environment.
