IT IS MANDATORY TO BE ABLE TO SWIM

Minimum age is 14 and minors from 14 to 18 years old have to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The kayaks have a weight limit of 105 kg per person.

The meeting time is 10 minutes before the start time of the trip.

I honestly had a terrible experience because of the guide named Daniel . he started 20 min late ,then he wanted to rush us to the fish farm spot , to padle as fast as we can against wind and not so flat sea. when I asked why the rush if it is a leisure tour, he send me back without even answering or ask if that is preferable to me, without any one to accompany my kayak.except for the other guest who refused to tolerate his behaviour and it was her first time at sea kayaking.It was still relatively close to the shore,so we managed untill eventually another guide came to check on us. He seemed nice, the other people from the agency were also nice and approved the refund right away The kayaks and equipment are ok, but unfortunately you can find rotten apples like this guide Daniel , with terrible behaviour and not able, nor willing to do his job decently.

Great experience! Our guide Didi was excellente! The weather was perfect and the snorkeling was enjoyable as well.

the experience was not great because its not shown as advertised they say were supposed to see dolphins and turtles and snorkling with a brunch of fish, we saw 2 types of fish and thats it, the only reason i liked it was because our tour guide DIDI was super cool and so friendly he explainded everything perfectlly and was really the only reason im giving 3 stars

Had an amazing time with a great group of people. Gonzo was especially helpful and such a great guide! We’ve seen a few sea turtles, lots of crabs and many fish while snorkelling. Gonzo went above and beyond when one member of our group accidentally dropped her phone and it fell down to the sea bed. He swam down and collected it for her, which in my opinion he didn’t have to do as she dropped her phone trying to get back into her kayak. Would highly recommend and have already recommended to friends visiting Tenerife this year and have told them to ask for gonzo personally.
