  Jim was THE BEST GUIDE I have ever had in a foreign city. He paid attention to everything we wanted, even things we said in passing, and turned all of it into viable options (even our odder requests, like seeing a traditional cemetery). Taipei was our disembarkation point from a cruise and Jim made it the highlight of our whole trip. He exceeded our expectations with every stop, and even added in some delightful surprise stops! I didn’t want the day to end, and now we are planning a return to this beautiful country. Thank you so much, Jim!! Would recommend emphatically.

  Grace was our private driver and gave us the back story on all the sites. Lunch was at a noodle shop for locals only! It was amazing! She navigated our trip to the zoo (fantastic) and the national museum-beautiful jade She’s the best and her English was very good

  Allen was the best tour guide. He communicated before he picked up up and let me know that he was already waiting for us when we disembarked. He made the day so fun and was willing to take us to all the places on our itinerary. Allen would usually park the car and many times, he would come in with us and do the translating as we either shopped or did an activity. He also took pictures of us and sent them to us. It was raining really hard and normally I am nervous to drive with someone I don't know in the rain, he was such a safe driver. His car is extremely clean and comfortable. He had stories to tell us about Taipei and made sure that we got a true taste of the city. He also recommended the perfect place for lunch (a very traditional place to eat). When we got back to the ship and were comparing notes with other passengers, we did so much more than them. We felt so lucky that Allen was open to taking us to all sorts of sites and experiences! We definitely recommend him. We have friends coming in March on a different cruise and have already told them they must use Allan for a great day in Taipei.

  Jeff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. He took us to see everything we wanted to see, and was very flexible. He had a little trouble with his spoke English, but other than that, it was great.

  Great flexible tour of Taipei with Grace, we saw Taipei 101 with amazing views, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall with it’s huge park, Lungshan Temple and the Ximending Walking District.

  Vincent is a great driver. He has a new electric car. We were able to see many sights in Taiwan in the short time we had off of our cruise ship. He help us plan an itinerary and was punctual. We enjoyed our day with him.

  Charlie was a great guide who guided us to many sites of interest allowing us to spend as much or little time as we wanted. Yehliu Geo Park was remarkable and enjoyed personalizing our paper lantern which we released into the sky, just amazing at Shifen Old Street. He took us to a local fresh seafood restaurant where we chose our live lobster and then enjoyed it 20 minutes later.

  Such a lovely time with Vincent! He was friendly by the end, conscientious and very helpful a wealth of knowledge. Safe Driver- my family and I enjoyed this trip immensely because of him. He showed us a lot of places we didn’t think about and he was flexible with what we wanted to do. Thank you Vincent for an awesome time 10 out of 10 would recommend.
