This was a top-notch tour from beginning to end. Benson picked us up in a comfortable vehicle and took us to many historic and cultural sites. He supplied plentiful information and was able to get us up close to each attraction with ease. I left a jacket in the van at the end of the tour, and he was kind enough to ship it back to the USA. I can't recommend him highly enough to anyone visiting Taipei. He will not disappoint.

We had a terrific private tour with Evan, who picked us up from the Keelung cruise port. We saw more of Taipei than we ever expected to be able to, including Taipei 101 tower and mall. Memorial Hall, Liberty Square plus changing of the guard, an MRT ride, Dihua Street (old town), lunch (self-paid), and Lungshan Temple. Given the timing of our visit, we also got to enjoy decorations celebrating Chinese New Year as well as the beautiful cherry blossoms. Evan was such a thoughtful and informative guide, and we really loved our tour. We were dropped off at the airport in plenty of time for our 10pm flight. I highly recommend this tour!

Picked up at the cruise port and taken into the city and shown around dihua street, Wanhua district, Lungshan temple, Wanhua district, the beautiful and impressive Chiangmai Kai-Shek Memorial Hall and finishing off at the Taipei 101 tower and shopping mall. Macron was our driver and guide for the day and he was a very intelligent and comical young man. Macron took care of our family all day and designed the trip to meet our needs and also ensure we had sufficient time at each of the attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would like to thank Macron for making our day trip so special and leaving us with great memories of our first visit to Taipei.

We had about 10 hours between cruises at Keelung port and we wanted a day tour of Taipei. Paul picked us up at the port and took us to the places we had asked to be taken, and even stopped at a bank ATM so I could get local currency. We went to the National Palace Museum in the morning and Paul was our guide. Next we went to Taipei 101 to meet friends for lunch and after that we went to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial to see the changing of the guard. Finally, we went to Longshan Temple, then Paul took us back to Keelung port. This was so much easier than being on a bus with a lot of people getting on and off, and we got the itinerary we wanted. Paul can also recommend an itinerary if you don’t have an idea of what you want to see. I highly recommend booking this tour based on our experience!

Jennifer was waiting when I arrived in the terminal with a wonderful smile. Her car was very comfortable and she asked me questions as we drove and customized the upcoming itinerary for my pleasure. Jennifer has a strong family history in Taiwan, her father came over with Chiang Kai-shek so she was able to share a rich perspective of the country and it's history. We did everything in the itinerary and more, "just down this street is another temple (or something else), would you like to see it?" was very common. She took care to explain the interesting melding and acceptance of different cultures and religions, often in the same temple. Her food recommendations were perfect. She provided water and a very thoughtful gift. I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer for a wonderful experience in Taiwan.
