Bonni was really so good. She shared all tips on the center ahead of time. We knew how to plan the day, where to go first to see everything we planned. She kept us entertained, shared stories, spoke to each person on the bus about our experience but also about where we are from and what to see in our home place. Really we did enjoy the day.

Brilliant day out, you definitely need all day to see everything, we felt had had seen enough to tick most boxes but if you are really interested in space you would need 2 or 3 days to have time to see and experience things. The staff were really helpful too

We had an early start for our excursion to the Kennedy Space Centre. Fortunately the meeting point was only a short walk away from the hotel. The large coach was full as this is a popular destination. The weather let us down, cool windy and overcast. There was a rocket launch but it was obscured by cloud, we all heard and felt it, wow. We did the bus tour of the Apollo buildings and the Centre first, then the snaking queues reminded us why we don’t do theme parks anymore. I don’t have the stamina for hours long waits for a three minute thrill ride. It appears we arrived in Orlando during Spring Break, that explained the crowds. Kennedy is a mix of history and theme park. We did enjoy our visit but was disappointed that we could not see an IMAX movie or visit certain attractions due to long waits or no more space available that day. The highlights were the Apollo Centre, the actual Space Shuttle Atlantis and, for me, the shuttle launch simulator. One low point was my wife getting me a coffee and was served by the rudest staff member, she was outraged at the ignorance and saucy attitude. She did speak to a manger who apologised, but we know nothing will come of this; the coffee was also ditch-water. The driver and the guide from Gray Line (Bob) were both excellent. We have been on tours with Bob before, he is always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never had an issue with an of the Gray Line tours, in fact we have one booked for later in our stay,

Bonni was exceptional in all ways. She was informative and provided info on Kennedy Space Center and helpful tips to make the experience even more wonderful. I could tell she truly cares about the costumer experience and is dedicated to her job. Her positivity and humor was felt throughout the transportation to and from. Our driver was frood. He always had a smile on his face, was friendly and seemed excited to be a part of the experience. He provided safe and timely transportation. I highly highly recommend using this company and will most definitely use them again.

Bonni was amazing as was the coach driver Rood. She was so interactive and very communicative- it was a very informative including advising where to go on the day around the Kennedy Space Centre. Bonni was one of the best parts of our day even pointing out things to help the rest of our stay in Orlando and on our journey to and from the Space Centre. A truly amazing day.

Brad was our tour guide for our trip to Kennedy space centre today (12/03/2026) alongside our driver Carlos. Both Brad & Carlos were outstanding. We felt safe the whole journey with Carlos driving us & Brad was so informative, helpful & pointed out things along the way and for us as first time travellers to Florida, this was fantastic.
