Begin your day tour with a hotel pick-up in Khao Lak between 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM, and depart for the river. Hop on a bamboo raft and float along the waters, relax and enjoy the stunningly beautiful rainforest around you as your raft is pulled by a local boatman.

Visit a sea turtle conservation center working to save and increase the number of sea turtles in the region. The Royal Thai Navy plays an active role in turtle conservation and baby turtles are brought to the center, where they are nursed for 6-8 months before being released into the sea.

Finish the tour with a trip to Ton Pling Waterfall, the most popular waterfall in the area. Experience the lovely atmosphere and marvel at the amazing environment surrounding you. Swim in the small ponds at the waterfall and just enjoy the relaxing ambiance, before being dropped off back at your hotel.

We had a great time. Went to 3 different places and none of them for too long. The kids loved it. The raft was fun, the turtles were cute and the waterfall although small and busy was exciting

Bamboo rafting, turtle sanctuary and swim at a gorgeous waterfall. So refreshing. We had a great 3 hour trip. The guide was very sweet and friendly. She did her job with passion.

We quite enjoyed the trip. The rafting, even a little snack after, seeing turtles and a refreshing swim - all went smoothly. It felt a bit rushed at times, but I guess it’s the case with all half day tours. Our guide was super sweet and was taking photos and videos of our family which she shared later. Overall we had a nice morning.

We loved the whole adventure. The bamboo rafting was beautiful, we got to see four snakes, few giant spiders and fish. After rafting there were fruits and coffee available. The seaturtles were cute and the center informative. The waterfall swimming was nice and refreshing 😍

5/5! The guide and driver were fantastic. Smiling, laughing and chatting. Pick up and drop off were seamless and they went out of their way to make sure you stayed hydrated and even organised watermelon at the half way point! 🍉

I had a wonderful experience. The trip started with bamboo rafting, which sits 2 people per raft. It was just me (solo) and 1 couple for this tour so I had a raft to myself. It was raining but that didn’t matter as they kindly gave us ponchos! It seems this part of the experience is to mainly enjoy being taken on the raft and seeing the beautiful scenery for an hour, but I asked to have a go and it was much more fun steering the raft yourself (at least for some of it)! Next we were offered some watermelon & coffee before visiting the turtle conservation centre, which was really enjoyable and informative. Finally, we stopped by the waterfall and had a quick dip! Fantastic trip, all of it took only around 3 hours to see so much. Fab guide. And great value for money too.
Expect to be a bit wet...

Overall great experience and very well organised!!! Expect to be a bit wet and wear waterproof shoes or sandals (better not flip flops). Great to see turtles, beautiful waterfall and bamboo rafting was great as well!!! Thank you! Well organised trip!!!
