  Jackson is the most kind person in the world. He drove car safely and our flight had been delayed a few hours, he waited for us with patience. I've been working in customer service for 10 years, so I know the which face is fake or true. Jackson is real nice man with true service mind. We trusted and liked him, so we asked for drving return trip as well. Thank you very much for everything. You made us the best experience in Tanzania.

  Jackson was very friendly and accomodating. Our flight was delayed hours and he had been at the airport since 9:30pm when our flight was supposed to arrive and waited until 2:30am to pick us up and drive us to Moshi. A lot of other companies would have bailed without payment and waiting that long but he was incredibly patient and stayed in touch the whole time. When we arrived at our hotel around 3am it was all locked up and the night watchman couldn’t hear us beeping the horn so he called the owners of the hotel. Such a pleasant experience, he went to the ends of the earth for us! Again our transfer back to the airport after our climb was smooth and comfortable. Thanks Jackson!

  Hired the airport taxi with Jackson. Professional and serious person. Highly recommended. It was during my visit to Tanzania. Jackson is the contact person tu trust in if you are going to organize a trip in the country.

  Having never been to Tanzania before and as a solo female traveller I wanted an easy safe transfer from the airport to my accommodation after a long flight. Jackson was easy to deal with and always quick to reply. He was very accommodating of changes to flight times and pick up location for the return trip to the airport. I would recommend Kilifootprints to anyone and would have considered their other services had I not already booked a tour through another group.

  You should definitely choose Jackson for all your transportation needs around Kilimanjaro. He's friendly, professional, communicative and very knowledgeable. I rode with Jackson twice during my recent stay in Moshi and both times he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of it. On the ride from JRO to Moshi, it was around lunch time so he asked if I was hungry and then took me to a great BBQ restaurant to enjoy my first meal in Tanzania. On the way back to JRO, he made multiple detours for me so I could run some errands on the way to the airport. He didn't expect any additional payment for this extra work. He's a genuinely nice person who just wanted to take great care of his customer. I really wish I had found Jackson and Kili Footprints prior to booking my trek up Kilimanjaro. I would have definitely booked him as my trekking guide.

  Jackson is a reputable and reliable driver, who we often use when we visit Moshi as he offers airport transfers at a very reasonable rate in comparison to most other companies. I always travel with my toddler (aged 20 months currently) and he was happy to provide a car seat for our journeys. The car is well maintained, very clean and comfortable. On top of this, he has also organized some lovely family day trips for us to local Maasai villages and waterfalls. I would highly recommend his services to anyone visiting Moshi or Arusha.

  Transfers originally included in our tour were expensive, so instead I made my own arrangements with Jackson (whom I found via web search) and I was very pleased with the results. He was on-time for our pick-up, car was clean and in good condition, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the area, and rates were reasonable . He not only drove us from JRO airport to Moshi at the start of our tour, but also from Arusha back to JRO at the end.Excellent service both ways. I would strongly recommend.

  I required two airport transfers for myself and my 6-month-old baby. Jackson was on time even for our delayed late-night flight. He was there and waiting with a smile. He even swung past Hugo's so I could grab a meal before heading home (having a wife and baby himself he understood the need for a breastfeeding mama to eat!). Best of all, for our last transfer, he even took into consideration my need for a baby safety car seat. In Tanzania baby/child car seats are not a legal requirement and I could not find anyone (taxi/public transport service providers) who had one. Jackson took the initiative and purchased a safety seat and can now proudly say he is the only taxi service in Moshi who provides this service. I will definitely refer travelers to Jackson and utilise his services again when we return next year.
