What To Expect
On your arrival to the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, your driver will be there waiting, you will bypass all the lines and be directed to your assigned driver, just provide your confirmation and you will be good to go. You will be escorted to an air conditioned bus by our certified/registered driver where you will be offered a cold beverage as you seat comfortably and enjoy the sights as we travel to your hotel or villa. We offer shared service where you will share this ride along with other guest, all guests book will be arriving around the same time and will be staying at hotels within the same area, all for a lower costs. We offer private service where you will be pick up from the airport as booked and driven to your hotel directly, ideal for groups, family and for those who prefer not to share ride. We cover all hotels in the Runaway Bay, St Mary and Ocho Rios and if flights have been delayed, our driver will wait until guests have arrived. This is a roundtrip, we will pick you up at your drop off location at the arranged time. Price listed is per person.

5.00I highly recommend Suzette Tour. We booked for round trip transportation between KIN and Ocho Rios. Suzette was there on time waiting for us with her tour company’s sign when we arrived, and she shared that she’s always done so to make sure guests (especially female guests) can be rest assured when they first get to Jamaica (especially in Kingston which can be a bit scary). Suzette’s husband, Warren, was a very good and safe driver. When we left Jamaica, we got a morning flight, and Warren suggested that we left early due to the heavy traffic in Kingston. It was definitely a good suggestion, as we were stuck in traffic for a long time. We were able to get to the airport with sufficient time for check in / security. Lastly, both Suzette and Warren are nice to chat to. If you want reliability, choose Suzette’s tour!

5.00I booked return transfers with Suzette Tours based on the reviews from trip advisor. I was not disappointed. Both Suzette and Warren were extremely friendly and on time. Provided us with good knowledge of Jamaica and things to do. It was Suzette’s birthday on the day that we arrived, but she still made sure that we arrived safely at our hotel. I would book with them again.
