Our family did the full day tour with Spiros, visiting olive oil mills, the windmills in Lasithi Plateau and Knossos Palace. In addition we stopped for a traditional lunch (the best we had in Greece), and later for traditional coffee and to try greek yoghurt. This was one of the best tours we have ever done. Spiros was an amazing guide, very passionate and informative, he was so happy to share his culture with us. Spiros was also incredibly patient with our 10 month old daughter, which we really appreciated! We would definitely book another tour with Spiros next time we are in Crete.

Highly recommend this tour. The team were incredibly friendly in the lead up to the tour. We were promptly collected on the day by Spryos who was an amazing guide and seemed to know everyone everywhere we went. He was very knowledgeable and took us to see some amazing sights around Lasithi Plateau and finished the tour in Knossos. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Our family of 5 (3 teens) went on a tour of Crete with Spyros. It was a wonderful experience. We got a real feel of Crete. No touristy stuff. He answered all of our questions and truly loved showing us Crete. He was a wealth of knowledge and had a great personality. We toured an olive processing facility, made pottery, Knossos palace, and the plateau. He also took took us to local coffee shops, market, and bakeries. If you go to Crete take this tour. We did it out second day and I think it was just right.

Very good excursion, very complete, really valuable. Our guide, Spyrus, excellent in his performance and as a person, you can tell that he loves his job. We take away a memorable experience that we will not forget of the beautiful island of Crete and its surroundings and its history. E and M from Argentina

We loved it! Ed was amazing and made us feel really relaxed from the time he picked us up. We knew we were going to have a great day straightaway. Ed was probably the best tour guide we've experienced in our travels. The tour itself was quite unique. We were a bit downcast that it had to come to end. We were so glad to find a tour company that operated during the quiet season so thank you for that. Highly recommended!

This experience was unmatched. Spyros, our guide was absolutely wonderful! He treated us like family and was so passionate about his home and the Greek culture. I loved getting the chance to see some of the smaller villages and experience Greek food, Greek coffee, and the Greek way of life. Spyros was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions with no hesitation! Amazing tour and amazing guide!

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about this tour company and Spiro. He treated us like family and it felt like an old friend was taking us to their favorite spots in Crete. We spent a full 2 days with him on two separate private tours. Our first day included Knossos palace, Lasithi Plateau, Zeus’s Cave, an olive oil press, and a pottery store. Our family saw the landscape of Crete, indigenous goats, stopped to smell wild herbs, ate at the places the locals enjoyed, and learned so much about the island. Spiro went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable, enjoying ourselves, and was so knowledgeable. We not only had a wonderful vacation, but also made a life long friend. We look forward to our next visit.
