My family and I travelled with Phinisea Indonesia in May 2026 and we were genuinely impressed by the well-organized experience from start to finish. The team handled every detail starting from booking to the logistics on the ground. Customer support responded to our questions even it was late at night. The guides were both knowledgeable and approachable. Special thanks to our photographer Mr. Effren, who was very attentive to each family member. The photos and videos are great and will remind of such a pleasant time in Komodo islands. Mr. Effren was really impressive with his role acting not just as a photographer, but displayed his swimming skills as a lifeguard who helped us during the strong waves to get on the boat after snorkeling. We paid separately for the Komodo park with admission fee. The whole experience lasted about 10 hours starting from the pickup from hotel and returning to hotel. There were other people on the same boat, but it was within a dozen of people. There were plenty of room on the boat. Overall, visiting the Komodo islands is a good experience for my family that presented Indonesia's nice places with such pleasant atmosphere. We would definitely love to come back to Komodo islands some day.
