This tour offers more than a standard visit to the Korean DMZ — it is a journey into one of the most historically significant and divided places in the world. The DMZ stands as a powerful symbol of the Korean War and the ongoing separation between North and South Korea.
During the tour, you will visit key landmarks including Imjingak Park, the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, and Dora Observatory, where you can look across the border into North Korea. These sites bring history to life and provide a deeper understanding of the Korean Peninsula.
What truly sets this tour apart is the rare opportunity to meet a North Korean defector and hear their powerful firsthand story. This personal perspective offers insight far beyond what typical tours can provide.
With no shopping stops and optional visits to Gamaksan or Majang Lake Suspension Bridge, this tour combines history, authenticity, and unforgettable scenery into one meaningful experience.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin… this was, without exaggeration, one of the most meaningful and memorable tours I’ve ever experienced in my life. First of all, our guide Erica was absolutely exceptional. Not just “good” — truly outstanding in every possible way. From the very beginning, she welcomed everyone with such warmth and genuine kindness that it instantly made us feel comfortable and excited for the day. You can immediately tell that she is not only incredibly professional, but also someone who genuinely loves what she does. Her storytelling was on another level. She didn’t just explain history — she made us feel it. The way she spoke about Korea’s past, especially the emotional stories about the Korean War and separated families, was deeply moving. There were moments where the entire group went completely silent, just listening and absorbing everything. It felt less like a tour and more like a powerful, once-in-a-lifetime experience. What impressed me the most was her attention to every single guest. No one was left out. She constantly checked on us, made sure everyone was comfortable, and handled everything so smoothly and professionally. Even with a big group, she made it feel personal. And I have to mention the stamp tour — what an amazing idea! It added such a fun and meaningful layer to the experience. Collecting stamps at each location made the journey feel like an adventure, and at the same time, it helped us remember each place more vividly. It’s such a creative and thoughtful touch, especially for travelers who want something special to take home. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like this on other tours. Also, Erica’s energy is just incredible. Even early in the morning, she was full of positivity, humor, and passion. She kept us engaged the entire time, and you could feel how much she cares about giving her guests the best possible experience. If you are even slightly considering this tour — just book it. And if you’re lucky enough to have Erica as your guide, you are in for something truly unforgettable. This wasn’t just a tour. It was an experience that will stay with me for a very long time. Thank you, Erica, for such a beautiful and meaningful day. 💛 - Laura Alonso ❤️

I recently joined the DMZ Tour with Seoul City Tour, and it was a really nice experience. Everything was well organized, and the whole trip felt smooth and comfortable. Our guide, AJ, was very friendly and helpful. She explained things clearly and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the tour. Her positive attitude made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul. And if you get AJ as your guide, you’ll have a great experience!

Li Hanki (Eugene) was truly the star of the show during this tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative, took the time to make sure that everyone in the group was comfortable and accounted for and made the entire trip a blast, including a wonderful flute performance. You can tell how much he truly appreciates each and every guest and his unparalleled passion for leading the tour. We can’t recommend him specifically enough to anyone planning a trip!

Visiting the DMZ was such a unique and emotional experience. It’s hard to describe the feeling — you really have to see it for yourself. I had watched a documentary about the comfort women before, and being there, seeing the statue and hearing the story again… it felt so much more real and emotional. Thinking about everything people went through during the war really stays with you. Our guide was amazing — very friendly and knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. It made the whole experience even more meaningful. Definitely one of the most unforgettable moments in Korea 🤍 Special thanks to our guide, Camila 💜
