DMZ
The DMZ is a unique area where you can observe one country being divided into two. With this tour, you will visit the 3rd Tunnel, DMZ Exhibition hall, Dora observatory and Unification village. Experience the tension but hope for peace in Korea and learn about their history and future. [DMZ Theater & Exhibition Hall] The DMZ Theater and Exhibition Hall offers videos and key artifacts that help visitors understand the painful history of Korea’s division. With displays of photographs, documents, and remnants from the past, visitors can gain a deeper and clearer insight into the historical events that led to the division of the Korean Peninsula.
Imjingak Pyeonghoa-Nuri Park
Imjingak Park, originally established as a place of solace for refugees from North Korea during the Korean War, features several symbolic monuments such as the Freedom Bridge, the Soldiers’ Memorial, and the Peace Bell. Adjacent to it, Imjingak Pyeonghoa-Nuri Park offers visitors a chance to reflect on Korea’s history, the ongoing tensions, and hopes for peace. With monuments like the Mangbaedan, a war-damaged steam locomotive, and open spaces dedicated to remembrance and harmony, the area holds strong potential to be designated as an international peace park.

What a great way to experience the DMZ. A great day learning about the war and efforts for unification. A small group was great to be able to ask more questions directly to the guide and speaking with a North Korean defector was really educational.

Sookee was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a great time. Learned a lot. View of North Korea was not great due to the weather. But Sookee tried and changed the schedule and itinerary to try to get us the best view she could.

The DMZ was such a fascinating tour. I loved it. You learn so much history and facts. Mr. Young was a great guide. He was fun and loved sharing the history of his country. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to feel like they could get as close to the N Korea border as possible.

We had an amazing tour and experience. It was emotional hearing from a defactor who escaped North Korea. Our guide BK was fantastic. Observatory and walking through tunnel 3 was the highlight for me. The whole day was a great experience.

We had a great time exploring the DMZ with Young. The pickup was smooth, and he had a lot of interesting information to share. We also went on a bitterly cold day, and Young did a great job of making sure we saw everything, but didn’t stay anywhere too long and freeze. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to seethe DMZ during their time in Korea!

From pickup to drop off, BK was fantastic. Excellent info, good pace, it was like a private tour in amongst a bunch of 20+ person tour groups. Also the van ride was smooth and comfy (I get motion sickness easily). Seriously can't recommend enough!
