What To Expect
On the day of arrival, the driver waits in the pickup hall with a card with your name on it, after greeting - he leads to the car, from where the transport to the hotel or apartment begins. On the day of departure - the driver picks you up from your place of stay and brings you to the airport. Our drivers are experienced, they do speak English and the cars are clean and tidy. Please note: the price includes a one-way journey, you must make a separate booking for a return reservation. Insert "-" in the places of services you do not use (e.g. departure rail line).

5.00Fantastic service, booked a minivan for 6 of us to Auschwitz, salt mines, and a day trip to Zakopane. All drivers arrived on time, helped us at each place, were very knowledgable. Waited for us for our return to Krakow. Booked direct with company, excellent service. Highly recommend.

5.00I booked a transfer due to recommendations on a Krakow travel Facebook page as I wanted my trip to be as stress free as possible. From the first contact they were clear, polite & helpful. Karol met us as agreed with a clear sign with our name on. He was friendly & helpful and we had a comfortable trip to our apartment. The next day we had a buggy tour booked which was a perfect start to our stay. Our driver Bogdan was really friendly & knowledgeable with a good sense of humour. We had planned on getting an Uber back to the airport but decided we would rather book another transfer so felt reassured and were able to enjoy our last day. Our driver Michal R communicated with us before pick up and again we had another comfortable, safe, stress free journey. I highly recommend Krakvel Transfer & Tours as I found the drivers reliable, friendly & safe and the communication clear & reassuring.

5.00Excellent service. We were greeted at the airport either our driver waiting for us. I was also called and texted to let me know they were there. Return trip went well too. Drivers arrived exactly when they said they would. Well worth every penny as there was 11 of us including children and made things so much easier for us.

From our initial enquiry, their communication was outstanding—prompt, clear, and helpful throughout. All of their drivers and tour guides were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. A special mention goes to our driver for the Auschwitz tour, Lukasz, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed. I can not thank Krakvel Transfers & Tours enough for everything they have done to make my first time visiting krakow an unforgettable experience. From start to finish they have been extremely professional the communication has been first class. ⭐️Dan who took us on the Golf Buggy Tour was extremely knowledgable and made the experience very enjoyable. ⭐️Conrad who was our private driver for the Auschwitz-Birkenau & Salt Mine tour. Was very friendly, respectful and extremely professional. ⭐️Airport transportation has been excellent both drivers very polite and punctual
