What To Expect

If you require additional time to meet your driver, please let us know as soon as possible. Krakow to KRK Airport Transfer: Please wait in the hotel lobby at the agreed time. The driver will assist you with your luggage and will safely transport you to the departure terminal at Krakow Airport (KRK Balice).

5.00Amazing service for our family of 4. We arrived in Krakow and were able to secure our bags sooner than expected. Our driver was waiting just outside baggage claim with a sign. He then assisted with loading bags and proceeded to move us to our Airbnb navigating some congested traffic with out any delays. Highly recommend!

5.00Very polite, Messaged me to let me know that passport control will take a while but reassured me that he will be waiting, to let him know when we are through and got bags then told me where to go to meet the taxi. Very welcoming and chatty. Told us lots of information on where we were looking to go. On time. Very good and made the transition from airport to hotel very relaxing.

5.00We have used this transport service on 2 different occassions visiting Krakow and I must say it makes our stay so easy and stress free! Drivers are always friendly and helpful, always on time. Wouldnt use any other service when visiting Krakow! On our last stay we done Austchwitz trip too with this company and it was great!
