Krakow
Our tour starts with transportation from Krakow, either from your specified hotel or a meeting point of your choice. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located in Oswiecim, approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away (65 km). All of our drivers hold the necessary EU certifications for passenger transport. A friendly, English-speaking group leader will be available to assist you whenever needed. Upon arriving in Oswiecim, you'll have a brief break to grab a coffee or explore the outdoor exhibits. Afterward, you'll be introduced to a professional local guide, licensed by the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum.
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
Begin your tour by walking through the gate of Auschwitz I, the first camp, initially established as a concentration camp for Polish citizens arrested after Germany annexed the country in 1939. You'll pass under the infamous sign "Arbeit Macht Frei" (Work Makes You Free). This portion of the tour typically lasts two hours, during which you'll use a headset to hear your guide clearly. The group size is limited to 30 people, as per the Museum's regulations, ensuring a comfortable and accessible experience for all participants. Explore the original wooden barracks, fortified walls, barbed wire fences, gas chambers, and crematoria, which together leave a haunting impression and allow visitors to grasp the immense scale of the Holocaust.

Amazing! The bus picked us up right on time and took us straight to Auschwitz, we were then given our tickets and everything was so well organised and ran smoothly. I wasn’t feeling the best but our bus driver Bart was so accommodating and made sure I was okay. Couldn’t recommend more!

This trip was amazing and our tour guide (Thomas) had excellent knowledge of Auschwitz-Birkenau. Although it’s a solemn place, anyone visiting this country should make this trip a priority for the history around it.

Visiting Auschwitz was a profoundly moving and unforgettable experience. Given the incredibly sad and tragic circumstances tied to its history, the site is preserved and presented with remarkable care, respect, and dignity. We also arranged a private transfer, and our driver, Maciek, was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and respectful of the nature of the visit, which made the day run smoothly and comfortably.

Our stay at H15 Palace was made even better thanks to the concierge, Victoria, who was fantastic in organising this activity for us. The planning and confirmation process was seamless and very well executed, so there was no second guessing at any stage. Our driver, Adam, who spoke very good English, was exceptionally friendly and organised everything perfectly on the day, making it effortless for us. The tour itself was incredibly moving and deeply impactful, an experience I will not forget

A very well organised tour. Pick up by bus was very punctual. Our guide Patrick was such a clear communicator from start to finish. We were given enough time for snacks and toilets but great pace to the day so no wasted time either. Would highly recommend this tour.

Picked up by our driver Jay who made us welcome and explained what would be happening during our visit. Tour guide Michael was very knowledgeable and readily answered any questions. The group was a bit big so sometimes you missed what was being said by the guide.

Our trip to Aushwitz was very well organised. We were picked up from Krakow at 10.20 and returned 17.30 by our guide Michal (Walker) who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took us around both camps and each tour was respectful and informative.
