  This was a very relaxing trip because, once at a location, you are free to move around (our outstanding and caring driver and tour guide did recommend us what to do but it all depends on your own interest). We went to among other the museum of Charles Chaploin, Chateau de Chillon, a picnic at a very scenic location with miles of grape fields, the city of Mountroix and lots more (excuse my french).

  As a tourist, you would not be able to see so much in one day by yourself. The tour is totally worth it.

  The trip itself is solid. However, I really think the tour guide was not experienced. I understand you get what you paid for. But there is an opportunity here: 1) We waited extra 20/30 min every time due to the same guest running late. While I appreciate the gesture, as a result, we were late everywhere and all our stops felt rushed. I think having a guide who is firm and can indicate that we will depart and not wait longer than 5-10 minutes is critical on tours with multi-stops and very limited time at location. The guide was also communicating critical details of timing only to whoever was in front and near them . Very unprofessional. The trip is good overall but if you get a guide like we did - you will be constantly rushed to just wait in the bus while one person takes their time to later not be told anything and continue this behavior. Beware...

  We loved our tour guide, Hector! We had seen 2 tours on Viator, one with the Charlie Chaplin museum, one without. We weren't really interested in going to the museum so picked the basic tour. Our tour included people who bought the other package. We thought we'd be able to walk around a village but there was nothing near the museum so we basically had to either tour the museum or sit on the bus. The museum was really interesting and worth the price so I'm glad we did it. We also had to pay an additional amount to take the Lake Geneva boat to the Chateaux de Chillon. Also well worth it but an unexpected, added, expense. Our original description, of the package we purchased, included a tram ride, which was not included. Because of this the company paid for our entrance into the Chateaux . Overall a great trip, as long as you get the add ons.

  We loved Montreux and the Chateau de Chillon, which we highly recommend. The problem with this tour is the stop in Corsier sur Vevey is pointless. This company has another similar tour that stops at the Charlie Chaplin museum in Corsier sur Vevey and they lump this tour in with them and say you can visit Corsier sur Vevey. The problem is that we were dropped off in the middle of a residential neighborhood where there is literally nothing to see or visit. I would recommend finding a tour that goes straight to Montreux and skips the stop in Corsier sur Vevey.
