If you have a full day, I highly recommend spending that time making the trek to Interlaken and Jungfraujoch. The sights are spectacular and never to be forgotten. And for those who have traveled with KeyTours before, you won't be surprised by the positive feedback on their tour guide team. David was assigned our small group, and was personable, knowledgeable, and nimble in dealing with the not-so-positive experiences that we encountered. A word of caution if you are traveling during peak tour season or, like us, on what should have been a normal day - but ended up being anything but. Just our luck that seemingly everyone visiting the area decided to make the trip to Jungfraujoch on the same day. The stations, trains, cable car and extremely congested - resulting in long waits in line at every stage in making our way to the top of Jungfrau - and leaving precious little time to actually enjoy the site and scenery. Based on this experience, a few words of caution and advice: 1) be prepared for crowds and congestion if you are traveling during the high tourist season; 2) be aware that KeyTours purchases non-reservation tickets for their guests - which means you will wait until all reserve ticketed guests are accommodated before being allowed to board; and 3) be warned that other larger guide-lead tour groups also are allowed to "skip the line" and go to the front for preferential boarding. On our day, this meant waiting one hour in the non-reserved line to board the cable car and nearly an hour and a half in the non-reserved line to board the train to Jungfrau. The result being having only about 45 minutes at the site itself before having to repeat the process and wait in a long queue to make the return train trip down to the cable car station in order to not miss our tour guide's return time and transportation back to Geneva. Highly recommend adding this to your itinerary, but make sure to ask about these items (reserved tickets; guided tour preferential treatment) before you go - as it may add significantly to the time you will actually have to enjoy what you paid good money for. And compliments to KeyTours for promptly responding to similar feedback provided directly to the team immediately after our tour and the unfortunate experiences we encountered. My hope for you is some adjustments will be made in their package to avoid similar frustrations in the future.

The worst travel experience ever. You should NOT use this tour. The driver gave me a wrong train ticket, so I had to get off the train. Furthermore, he did not come to meeting point, so I had to buy train ticket to go back to the hotel, no support nor guide at all. They did not admit the mistake.

Jungfrau Mountain Was beautiful. Worth the trip. This isn’t a guided trip. The bus drops you off at the train station then picks you up 5 1/2 hours later. They take you to Interlacken but only for 45 minutes. Beautiful town which we had more time there. Long bus ride 6 hours up and back.
