Worse experience. I booked one week in advance. Few hours before pick up from the hotel, they informed that I have to pay double for my trip, or they will cancel. Since I was with all the luggage in my back and no time to find another transfer, I was forced to accept their "offer". More then this they have sent a very old car, very dirty and broken. I wasnt sure that we can reach KL. However, after a very long trip, the car couldn't run more then 90Km/hour,finally, we did, but didn't feel safe in that car. Really need to avoid this company.
