    Our guide was lovely and accommodating, but he had very limited English, so we had some issues communicating. I would still recommend this tour, as having a private car and driver was essential in this chaotic city. I don’t think I would want to come back to Kuala Lumpur, but that had nothing to do with our driver/guide.

    We had a wonderful experience with our guide, Amir. He was a wonderful driver and his English was good. We saw all the major sites of beautiful Kuala Lampur including the Batu Caves, twin towers, King’s Palace and the Central Market. We had a wonderful day. His car was nice and had great air conditioning.

    The driver took us to the main attractions of Kuala Lumpour without much explanation or description of the itinerary, The traffic was horrendous and most of the time were caught in bumper to bumper congestion. , certainly not the tour's fault.

    Our driver spoke good English and was very accommodating. We had a private tour. We chose to spend longer at some sites and miss out others - this was no problem and we were never hassled about time. We visited the Batu Caves, the Royal Palace, the main square, the KL tower which we went up and the outside of the Petronis Tours (we left it too late to get tickets which had sold out). And a temple. Our drivers name (I hope this is right) was Saiful Azmi Said and his email address is [email protected] if you want to contact him direct for a private tour. Or of course book him through this company on Viator. Many thanks to him for a special day in KL.
