  The food was not good. The lounge was extremely cold and the staff was not friendly. The whole experience was not great at all we were so cold we had to go sit in the airport like we didn’t have access to the lounge

  The lounge itself (gateway @KLIA2) was lovely, but the staff on the reception desk were completely unaware that access is being sold via Viator. We had to wait in reception for over 30 minutes while they consulted with managers and email them copies of the Viator ticket and our boarding passes before they decided that they were going to let us enter without having to pay again. The staff were completely polite, professional, and helpful during the whole process but the length of the wait and the embarrassment outweighed the convenience and comfort of the lounge. I note that Viator no longer appears to be offering tickets for this particular lounge (the only landside lounge at KLIA), so I assume that our experience was not a one-off.

  Nothing memorable to talk about. The reason why people go to the Lounge is for good food.. but there was very little choice....it was not filling enough to have to pay so much for the lounge access

  The premium lounge at KL airport was a great place to sit and relax between flights. The staff as you would expect were excellent. Will be visiting there again on our way home b

  I paid for this lounge but did not go to it because it is outside of the secure area. I was transiting through Kuala lampur and would have to go through passport control and exit the secure area requiring me to go through security again to get to my gate. I was under the impression it would be near the gates. I have asked for a refund. Anyone think I'll actually get it? I ended up paying for a different lounge because I like to shower daily and it had already been a 24 hour trip with a long flight to Seoul awaiting. Unless you are familiar with the airport you are going to or do some serious research I recommend you wait until you get to the airport to buy lounge access.
