1.00Don’t be late , they make you buy new tickets and the tour wasn’t that great , there was traffic also road construction going on, so we was twenty minutes late, they could have let us do the tour hours later but no, we had to buy new tickets the ranch sucks

5.00Highly recommend a visit to Kualoa Ranch. Beautiful surroundings add to the great tours offered. Our guide LILO was wonderful as very informative, funny and sweet. Employees at ranch were full of pride and aloha. Definitely return and would recommend a visit no matter what tour or activities chosen. Worth the travel up and price. A must when visiting Oahu.

1.00Loved the tour and our tour guide! Be timely and make sure to book the correct date and time!! Learned the hard ready regarding there non refundable and non changeable reservation. Would’ve liked them to be more flexible. Ended up spending more money since couldn’t return the next day. Viator didn’t help either with changing the time and day as well.

1.00Don't book with Viator for Kualoa Ranch movie tour or any tour for Kualoa ranch offered tour. We were stuck on road due to lane closures and we called Kualoa ranch mentioning we are running 8 minutes late but they just asked us to call Viator as we booked our tickets through them and when we called Viator they said we have to call the ranch. When we finally arrived at ranch the ticketing counter person was extremely rude and we explained the whole situation and they just rudely told us to cancel our whole group tour and were not ready to move us to next available tour, basically whole scheme of not using the money you paid for the reservation. I would have also agreed to pay a fees for rescheduling and put us to next slot rather than completely taking the whole 225$ and make us buy another full tickets. They told us if we had booked directly they would have done some adjustments. Its not our fault that they offer to sale via authorized dealers but not honor the customer complaints. Not going back to ranch again.

1.00Very disappointed with the check-in experience at Kualoa Ranch today. We arrived 8 minutes late due to tree cutting work on the road about 2 miles before the ranch. The staff member at check-in was extremely unhelpful and said she couldn’t assist because we booked through a third party. We were not asking refund just to accommodate any open tour but She told us we’d have to pay full price again to join the next tour. I was traveling with my family, including a young child who was excited for the Jurassic Park tour, and it was heartbreaking to see him so upset. If third-party bookings are such a problem, why are they offered through Viator in the first place? Or we were treated because of foreigners. Not sure what but highly disappointed.

1.00Make sure to be there 45min early for check in or else they will not let you on. Even if you are there before your designated time.. they will not let you on. There will be no refund. Kualoa ranch is no help because you booked through a 3rd party. They will not just rebook you to a later time. Viator is no help.

5.00Our tour guide, Lulia? (my apologies!!), was very knowledgeable. I loved her story telling. It was apparent that she loves her job, the ranch and it's mission. The valleys are beautiful and the connection to some of my favorite movies was unexpected! It left me wanting more! We also were provided with a cultural presentation that was fun! Jimmie did a fantastic job sharing stories and cultural information. He too was fantastic!! Loved it.
