Actually this was stereotypically what I pictured Cambodia to look like. Jungle, breathtaking scenes, ancient carvings on the most unlikely places, Buddhist and Hindu deities depicted in the same complex. As of I was in one of those Indiana Jones or tomb Raider movies. Then swimming in the pool below the Kulen mountain waterfall is very welcome on the Cambodian heat. Chenda, our guide whom I had met 2 days earlier on the Angkor complex tour was as enthusiastic as ever, explaining things in minute detail. I honestly think if Chenda doesn't know something, then nobody will know, so deep is his knowledge. The man is actually an archeologist. This is certainly worth it if your in Siem Reap. Thanks Chenda for another memorable day, for all the right reasons.

We had an incredible trip to Kulen Mountain and the waterfalls with the Siem Reap Shuttle team. Our guide, Chenda, is truly a treasure trove of knowledge about the region. A standout moment was at the 1,000 Lingas, where he drew an intricate map of the river and its connection to the Siem Reap temples directly in the dirt. It was like watching a masterclass PowerPoint presentation delivered with just a stick and impeccable detail! Our driver, Lis, was also wonderful—very kind and professional. Together, they made a fantastic team and ensured our trip was truly memorable.

An incredible experience combining nature, culture, and fun. Our guide, Chanda, was the best guide we had in Cambodia. Very kind, with a deep knowledge of Cambodian culture, history, and religion. We started with a visit to the Kulen Mountains, with stunning views and fantastic photo opportunities, and ended with a fun afternoon of swimming in the waterfalls in the same natural park. FANTASTIC!

We had a fabulous day with John, he took us to the 1000 linga ancient river carvings that he brought to life with his excellent information & pictures. We visited the huge sleeping Buddha, had a lovely lunch - option 1 is the best. Then swam & relaxed at the Kulen waterfall. Johns passion for history and his country makes the day so memorable.
