As you step foot on the riverbanks, prepare to be swept away by a mesmerizing sight: an enchanting river adorned with ornate carvings, creating a captivating tapestry beneath the crystal-clear waters (depending on the season or weather). It's as if the river itself is whispering ancient tales of spirituality and magic. The River of a Thousand Lingas is not just a feast for the eyes; it's a spiritual journey that seamlessly blends natural beauty with artistic mastery. Tour guide picked us from hotel around 8am and return around 5pm. Overall our guide Mr John was very patient and informative. He explained well on the history and also help to take pictures for us. Our driver Mr Weng was also great and on time. Enjoyed the tour as it wasn't too much pack and we could relax after lunch at the waterfall. Don't forget to bring your swimwear. It's worth to get into the cool waterfall after traveling under hot sun and also to clean your body, mind and soul at the holy waterfall. Only cons were the lunch. The portions were huge but taste was abit off maybe due to the food was cooked some while ago. It was cold when we arrived.

Chenda was an exceptional guide on our trip to Kulen Mountain. I don’t normally enjoy group tours but Chenda’s calm and relaxed energy really set the tone for the day and we had plenty of space and time to explore at each stop. He is super knowledgeable and shares from the heart about his culture and also takes great photos to share with you after! The viewpoint, lingas, Buddha and lunch were all perfect and swimming in the waterfall was a breathtaking highlight!

I had a wonderful time on this tour. Visiting this beautiful and historic place is a must. The guide, John, was very kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history and current life of the Khmer. If you’re visiting Siem Reap, a trip to the waterfall is a must! As a solo traveler, this was a fun way to spend the day with other travelers.
