I boarded the 9:30 bus and hopped off to go on a bushwalking hike between stop 4 and 5. It was great! The tour bus guide gave me a map and tips, explained a lot of stuff while we drove to the mountain and was overall very nice. He even spotted me on his way down later in the day as I waited for a bus on the way up to hop back on and finish the tour and he made sure to tell the next bus driver to stop and collect me. He was very funny and entertaining also. This was a beautiful experience, with loads of sights to see and a costumizable experience that made it feel personally tailored to me.

Pick up was late, too many people on the bus ( an extra party got on that was booked on an earlier tour), apart from that it was a great tour with a great driver.

Excellent trip out. The driver was very knowledgeable and flexible, depending on whether people just wanted to visit the Summit, cycle or trek parts of it. Wonderful scenery. Thank you.

It was an exceptionally windy day on Mt Wellington, people could hardly walk without risking losing balance. Yet it was still worth to see the spectacular views of Hobart and surroundings! The driver was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Mark was really good and knowledgeable. Assisted people when needed and provided advice regarding hikes. The only problem for me was that there was a woman with an infant who was noisy (not crying though) and it was difficult for me to hear the commentary. Considering an infant doesn't get anything out of such a tour, maybe you could consider an age limit and some announcements to occupy their children to prevent the noise preventing us from hearing valuable information.
