A really good way to spend half a day in Hobart. I was lucky to have clear views when I went but even it was cloudy at the top, I still think the drive up would have been worth it. You can also get out of the bus at different stops and do walks, getting a later bus to come back - I didn't have time to do this but I would if I go back to Hobart. If you are going to do this, I'd say take an earlier bus up so that you have more options to come back down! Friendly tour guide who told us lots of information about Hobart, Mount Wellington and the plants - we even stopped and ate some of the berries on the mountain!

Nice excursion for brief time in Hobart. Our driver and guide Christian was outstanding and even included a quick 10 min trail walk at the Springs stop (with everyone's approval) which enhanced our experience at the top of Mt. Wellington.

Christian was a wonderful guide on this excursion, and very helpful and considerate of our friend using a walker. He even included a brief easy trail walk at the Springs stop which helped us appreciate our visit at the top of Mt. Wellington. Even though there were still clouds obscuring most of our view, it wad a worthwhile and enjoyable experience for our brief time in Hobart.

A brilliant way to top off our visit to Hobart. The view from Kunanyi is amazing. Great service and very personable guide. Loved seeing him wave to his bush walking son!

Despite the weather not being in our favour for a view on the top of the mountain, Greg our bus driver went out of his way to make the trip exceptionally enjoyable. From a quick stop at the chalet on the way down to get a closer look at some bush tucker, to diverting on an alternate route to give us additional points of interest around the cascades, we got great value for money! If you get Greg as your driver you will certainly get a fantastic tour!

Even the weather is no good, the driver had done his best to give us the best what the tour can offer. I will plan to come again and definitely will choose the same service again. Can’t wait to go again with a better weather.

Fantastic tour, short and sweet, not too long and not too short. Good local knowledge driver that wasn't boring. Ample opportunity to explore, take photos and see the sights of Mt Wellington and Hobart.
