The bus trip was fun, scenic and the driver was very informative. It was a cloudy day, so no view, but still worth the trip up.

It was highlight of my trip to Hobart! If you are traveling during the Australian spring or autumn, I recommend taking a late morning or afternoon trip as the sky will likely be clearer so you can see amazing view from the mountain. Check the weather before booking your time. The bus drivers were super friendly and special thanks to Ed! I went there in the morning and it was foggy and not much you could see but then I came back in the afternoon and it was super clear and warmer!

Dave our driver of the bus to Mt Wellington was informative with a sense of humour. Would highly recommend trip with this company and great way to see a gorgeous Hobart site. The hop on hop off bus that followed was equally as informative.

Great day trip up the mountain, tour guide was not only knowledgeable but funny. If the weather is good, which it was for us, then great views of areas surrounding Hobart. In our case was snowing and windy, so dress appropriately. Would recommend.

It was as good, if not better, than how it was described. We both enjoyed it immensely and it was one of the highlights of our visit to Hobart. The emphasis on dressing very warmly was well justified, and we appreciated the experience more because we were dressed appropriately. The bus driver/guide was excellent, well informed and professional.

Tour was fantastic & assured you entry to Mt Wellington despite the weather situation. I wasn't planning on doing the tour but absolutely so glad I did because the views were outstanding & the strength of the winds were exhilerating to say the least 😂 Having the ticket for the Hobart Hop-on Hop-off tour for 48hrs was super helpful as it allowed you to explore other parts of the city at your leisure.

Paul was an excellent driver and tour guide. Safe driver, professional, funny and he shared many local recommendations. I went on the Mt Wellington hop-on hop-off bus; it was affordable, and Mt Wellington is definitely worth a visit. The view from the top was nothing short of spectacular. Many hiking trails with varying difficulty are suitable for everyone. I highly recommend the Silver Falls one - easy to navigate, not too difficult, took around 45 minutes to an hour. The scenery was magnificent with towering ferns and a hidden waterfall. Red Decker also offers other bus tours that you should check out as well.
