we paid $716 dollars for this trip and found it was overpriced for what we got, there were four of us on the tour and we made our way to Palm cove where the driver dropped us off and said we had 40 minutes to get a photo or coffee and then we had to be back at the van where we made our way to the army duck adventure and aussie bbq and had a look around the wild life park, the aussie bbq wasn't flash for the cost of the day duck drive was really good as the driver was quite funny and informative. We then were whisked off to Kuranda where again the driver dropped us off with no real info as to the history of the area and he told us the train leaves from the station, and he would meet us in Cairns at the completion of the ride. The train trip was wonderful and very informative with some beautiful scenery, unfortunately I can't recommend using infinity tours as I feel the price was way too excessive for what we received and upon returning to Cairns found out we could have got it a lot cheaper

Our guide’s name is ‘Man’ and he did a truly excellent job ! Man was happy to adjust our schedule to meet our cruise ship return needs and was an excellent guide. I think the best way I can explain how outstanding he was was to let you know that our original plans had to change due to a tree falling across a railway track on a train we were going to ride on. Man was able to adjust our itinerary so that we had an amazing time and arranged for tickets for us to ride this guy go to instead of the railway.. this reflected his commitment to making a great experience for us in spite of adversity, which was beyond his or our control Thanks Man! 🎉🙏🏼

Step back in time to appreciate an elegant old train station. It’s well kept. There is a cafe/ shop, toilets & easy access to take photos. We took photos as the train left the station, worth a visit just for the station even if you don’t have time to take the train ride.
