It was incredibly difficult to find where the bus would stop. We met 3 couples who also had same problem. The audio commentary was of no benefit whatsoever as this was drowned out by the Japanese music constantly playing. The operator really needs to resolve this problem as the comment repeatedly appears in other reviews over past 2 years. The audio problem is the same for the open top bus & the single decker bus. The single decker windows have broad grey painted lines which prevent any photos being taken.

Ben was very knowledgeable and gave a good tour. Seemed a little rushed at certain points but it didn't take away from the experience. I didn't like how he ended the tour. Had a very "alright I did my job" sort of vibe.
