We had a fantastic experience touring with Ben. He has an affable manner and he lead an informative and entertaining tour. There were several other tour happening simultaneously and we could see the other tour guide using an iPad. Ben used laminated large cards which I much preferred. The cards were easy to see and Ben was quickly able to use the cards to demonstrate the idea. Since the Geisha/Geiko tradition is hundreds of years old it’s lovely to not be reliant on 21st century technology. Seeing Kyoto at night was also a highlight. The areas the tour covered were magical and beautifully lit. I highly recommend this tour. Thank you Ben for an amazing experience!

It’s an informative overview of the Gion District and the Geisha culture and business. Though we learned a lot that piqued our interest, the itinerary would benefit from more content.
