14:20-16:20 Arashiyama Scenic Area (about 2hours, free to move around) You can visit the , stroll through the bamboo forest, or experience the Arashiyama foot bath. You can freely arrange it.

Stop at:Katsuoji Temple

Katsuo-ji Temple has been worshipped as a temple of victory for 1,300 years. Today, it is known as a temple that people visit to pray for good luck, such as for academic advancement, good health, and to ward off bad luck. There are Daruma tumblers and Daruma fortune sticks displayed everywhere in the temple. In addition, because cherry blossoms and hydrangeas are planted in the temple, as well as red leaves in autumn, there are different scenery and beautiful flowers all year round. The village of Kayabuki-no-Sato in Miyama, which evokes the traditional scenery of Japan, has 39 thatched-roof houses out of a total of 50 houses in the village, and you can enjoy a walk through the beautiful natural scenery of the traditional scenery of Japan. In 1993, it was selected as an important traditional building preservation district by the national government, in recognition of the high degree of preservation of the historical landscape, including the buildings constructed using traditional techniques.
