The tour was great, we had some ideas, but he also made some great suggestions. We managed to largely avoid the crowds and saw some interesting temples and shrines. Very good English too.

This was one of the better tours we have been on while traveling in regard to comfort, number of sites visited, and knowledgeable/pleasant guides. Dhanu could not have been nicer and went the extra mile any chance he could. Highly recommend. ❤️

The driver was very knowledgeable and took us to see several sites we didn’t even know about. The temple was one of the most amazing ones I have ever been to.

We had the most amazing day with Dhanush. He was at our hotel on time. The vehicle that we were on tour with was luxurious and spacious. He was very knowledgeable about the city and knew all the attractions wells. What’s special about him is that he is a very astute photographer and takes some very good photos. At the Arashiyama Bamboo forest some of the photos he has taken will leave a lasting memory for all three of us who were on this tour with him. We loved his attitude and he is very pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend his services to anyone who is booking him by name and have a great time just like we did. Thanks Dhanush for making Kyoto special.

We wanted to get to know the top sights of Kyoto in just one day and this tour was just optimal. Private hotel pickup, nice large air-conditioned vehicle - and the perfect guide. Dhanu was gracious and friendly, responsive to all wishes and provided us with plenty of background knowledge about the sights and Japanese history and culture. We highly recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful experience with Dhanush, who drove us around the main attractions in Kyoto yesterday. He was extremely professional, kind, and attentive throughout the day. His driving was safe and comfortable, and he always made sure we felt relaxed and well taken care of. Dhanush also showed great knowledge of the city and helped us make the most of our time by suggesting the best routes and stops. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy Kyoto without any stress. We truly appreciated his excellent service and would highly recommend

The Kyoto day tour was a very comprehensive tour of the must see sites of Kyoto, done in the most comfortable and convinient manner in extremely hot weather. What made the tour truly special was the extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating driver Ravi ( Ravindu Madushan ) who made all the difference and the tour an experience to remember. Most unfortunately the air conditioning broke down at the beginning, but despite not being his fault Ravi was extremely apologetic and did his utmost to have the vehicle replaced within a short period of time. We would highly recommend that you request Ravindu as your driver/guide to enjoy the day in Kyoto.

My partner and I had a great day with Ravindu. He expertly showed us around Kyoto and shared with us the historical and cultural significance of each site we visited. He also tailored the sites to our interests and requests, as we had seen a couple of the most popular Kyoto sites on our own the day prior to our tour. We also had a couple of special requests to see specific sites that Ravindu accommodated without hesitation. We enjoyed Ravindu’s insight to contemporary Japanese life from the comfort of the well appointed and air conditioned van as we traveled from site to site. This is a great way to see a lot of Kyoto’s remote sites in a quick, inexpensive way. Highly, highly recommended.
