5.00Yesterday we had the chance to attend the Unity Ceremony in Kyoto... and honestly, it was just magical ✨ From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a truly remarkable kindness and warmth of human beings. Those present were incredibly caring, smiling, and deeply caring. We felt a real sincerity, a rare authenticity that immediately puts at ease. The ceremony itself was magnificent, imbued with Japanese traditions rich in meaning and beauty. It was a real privilege to be able to rediscover them as a family, in such a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. Each moment seemed suspended in time, like a parenthesis out of the ordinary. We had an exceptional time, filled with positive emotions and precious memories. An experience we definitely recommend — thank you to everyone who made this possible 🙏

5.00A peaceful and informative way to spend a couple of hours. We arrived and a group of knowledgeable women whisked us through the process of picking out and donning kimono - they are clearly experts. We then learned about the tea ceremony and had some sweet treats - very beautiful and tasty. We watched the tea master make the tea, before each of us having some tea. I don’t usually enjoy matcha, but this matcha was very delicious and high quality. Each family had the chance to try making tea. It was a lovely, meditative afternoon.

It was very well organized, the kimonos were beautiful, and the “dressers” carefully outfitted us to look our best for the ceremony. We learned so much about the history of the ceremony and the process. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend!

The host was incredibly gracious and explained every step with warmth and patience. Watching the precise, graceful movements of preparing matcha felt like stepping back in time. The tea itself was rich, frothy, and perfectly balanced — easily the best matcha I've ever tasted. What I loved most was how peaceful and personal it felt.
