For those book tour from HANOI with Transfer Only : 7:00– 7:20 – Picking you up from hotel/stay inside Old Quarter or Hanoi Opera House if outside and depart for Halong Bay by Highway. It will takes 2,5 hours driving to Halong Bay included 1 stop on the way for short break.
Halong Bay
NOTE: For GUESTS book only from Halong Bay without Transfer : Pick Up at block 17 in Tuan Chau Marina in Halong City between 09h30 to 10h00 am. 10:00: Upon arrival at Tuan Chau harbour, you will check-in and get on board the cruise. The cruise departs from Tuan Chau harbor for a joyful journey to discover the beauty of the world heritage Ha Long Bay 11h30-12:00: Have a huge buffet lunch with variety of dishes 16:00: After that, you will get back to cruise and ready for our Sunset Party when you’re relaxing on the sundeck or in the Jacuzzi. Boat cruise back to Tuan Chau Marina at 17h30 to 18h00 PM. (For those book tour from Halong will finish day tour at Tuan Chau Marina at that time)

4.00I come from 30 years experience in hotel & aviation management, so tend to observe service standards with a critical eye. I can only report on the service I received on this particular day. Everything ran very smoothly perhaps because of Duc the cruise manager & tour guide. Also February is not peak season so the vessel wasn't full booked. The vessel was quite modern, clean & well maintained. The luncheon buffet was substantial with great variety of dishes. Nobody went hungry that's for sure. Wait staff were both friendly & efficient. At each shore visit Duc went along to take care of guest needs, but I suspect also to keep us on schedule, which he did. This is not the best time visibility wise for Northern Vietnam as it is late winter/early spring. With overcast conditions the colours are muted but we still had a wonderful day.
